Positive points: The bed was comfortable.

Negative points: The walls in the room were stained, forniture creaking, and in general, a long-time deficit of attention and maintenance.

Positive points: The beds were comfortable, and the free snacks/drinks were a nice touch! When I first arrived, the rooms I got weren't that nice but the staff were very friendly and accommodating and helped find me a more suitable room, which I really appreciated!

Negative points: I think the property is in dire need of maintenance. 2/3 rooms that I was offered were very dirty and there were scratches and stains all over the wall which was very disappointing for the price that I paid ($725 AUD/3 nights). But the staff were happy to move me to a better room and I eventually got the room that I originally saw in the photos when I booked.

Positive points: i like the location and how spacious the room is. ny favorite is the comfy bed.

Negative points: they didnt refill the tissue, the toothbrush of the previous guest was left there.

Positive points: Location as its a walking distance to Jamsil Sport complex, train station as well as the main street. nPlace is affordable and the room is clean.

9.0 Location, location, location - AGNES 01-06-2023

Positive points: I booked this hotel specifically because I will watch the SHINee fanmeet at Jamsil arena. The location was perfect. Just a short walking distance to the arena. It is also close to a train station (Olympic Sports Complex stop). There are also a lot of convenience stores and restaurants around.

Negative points: The light switches are far from the bed so you have to stand to close them.
