Review: We had a great stay at Hotel Pharos! The room was clean, spacious, and complete with helpful amenities. It’s in a convenient location—just a short ride to Lotte Mall. Only downside was that the reception desk was often unmanned. Still, a good and comfortable hotel overall.
Positive points: For the lotte tower, shopping mall and lotte world, go out to the right at the end of the street go right and walk straight on till you see it. Also olympic park is nearby go right and at the end go left cross with burgerking to the right ant cross again then you are at the olympic park. The checking is on distant but the rooms are nice and clean and the staff was so sweet for my baby. Best place where we stayed in seoul.
Positive points: I really liked the location
Negative points: I didn’t like how hard the chair in the room was. I also didn’t like how warm the room got in the middle of the night. I didn’t like that they didn’t offer small face towels for showering.
Review: First things first - room was missing a door between main area and restroom. Ovetall not a good value for money although staff is very good and helpful.
Positive points: Location was amazing. The cleaning staffs were good.
Negative points: The wifi in the room was very very weak. The tap in the hot tub was not working . Foreign credit cards could not be used which was strange .
Review: Good value for your money. The room was spacious and the location was pretty nice, close to the metro stations. We enjoyed the tub a lot! But, the open bathroom concept is not good for couples at all. The hotel at least needs to separate the bathroom from the room with a door!
Negative points: The jacuzzi was not functioning during our stay, and the photos on the booking site did not accurately reflect the reality of the property. There was no staff available to assist us, and the front desk was consistently unoccupied. The walls were extremely thin, and the building was very noisy, making it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I have had to date. Considering the level of discomfort, the price was far too high and unjustified.
Review: Wifi was a bit shakey but all in all a good experience big rooms
Negative points: Since I’ve had many birthday parties there with 10+ people I figured it was no problem as the room is quite big and only 2 or 3 of us were actually staying over. However it was suddenly brought to our attention that the room is only rated for 6 people because of fire safety standards. I think this kind of thing should be listed as well so people know.
Review: Okay price for Seoul. And very good location
Positive points: The front desk staff was so kind and helpful. I injured my leg during the stay here and she went out of her way to help me get well during the stay. I cannot thank her enough.
Negative points: The water didn’t get super hot so I couldn’t take a hot bath, but it was warm enough to have no issues with showering.
Positive points: the hotel needs to have a bit of touching up to keep up with the rest of hotel around in Seoul
Negative points: the room electricity tends to interrupt every morning during our stays here from 6 to 7am whereby the AC will automatically shut off, but today our last day before our check out the room electricity was totally shut off by 7:00 that’s before the check out time of 11:00am. nTold the receptionist but nothing was made to it.

Positive points: The staff was super helpful. The room was clean and very spacious. Everything was very comfortable, and we enjoyed our time here!
Negative points: The only issue we had was that the room was very warm and it took hours for the air conditioning to cool it down.
Review: The lady staff on phone was extremely rude when I asked for a refund. They will never provide your refund even in exceptional cases, so be careful. It was difficult to contact them via agoda because the reception couldn't speak english. Facility seems outdated. The only thing I see good here is the location, that's it. Overall, there are so many better hotels than this at the same price range. If your travel date is likely to change never book this hotel because they will never provide you refund unlike others who will understand your case and usually give your money back.
Positive points: We loved everything about this hotel. Hotel Pharos exceeded our expectations. it is like a 5 star hotel that is very suitable for the budget and the price is not that high. The surroundings are very clean and there is no visible dust. All the staff are also kind. Also, the online assistant always replies to my questions online. The comfort room was very clean and the ambiance was very fragrant and cozy, very clean indeed! We will come back here again because it is also close to restaurants and the metro. Our sleeping place was very comfortable because of Hotel Pharos. We will definitely come back, Thank you!
Positive points: There was good restaurants and shops in the area. The room was very spacious.
Negative points: No staff available in person for our whole stay (7 days). While checking in a random guy came with the keys, didn’t say a single word, took the elevator and left. One of the reasons why we chose a deluxe room was because of the jacuzzi, but it wasn’t working. The room was very dusty and there was a lot of stains everywhere: walls, bathroom floor, carpet, armchair. It was one of the weirdest experiences I’ve had in a hotel.
