Review: Great location, right across subway exit. Loads of restaurants, bar and stores. Easy access to other tourist spots.
Positive points: The bed was comfortable with great AC, hot water, and a tub. The location was across from a metro stop and night market with tons of food. Walking distance to several attractions and very safe. The girl at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly

Positive points: Location is great! It is within walkable distance to the main Palaces in Seoul, as well as the popular Myeong-dongrn district.
Negative points: Can be a bit loud at night if you're on the lower floors, other than that is good!
Review: As per other review the apt converted hotel is just at Line 5 and walkable to Insadong. nnOnce we found the duvet cover was probably unchanged since somebody last stay we called the reception. It was near 10pm and I am glad we could got hold of the cleaner.nnThe was a balcony and together with the cement flooring we still feel really cold. The heater is turned up till 30 Celsius degree we still felt freezing cold. It snowed the next morning though. nnI think is a rowdy area with a few I felt like homeless. Also is near to Blue House where we see lines and lines of police buses. We didn't see any demonstrations. nnAlot of food choices but more offering to evening drinking crowd.

Review: this place is superb! location wise, very close to diffrerent tourist spots and sooooo accessible! the room was neat few units per floor and helpful staff! will definitely book this hotel when i come back to seoul
Positive points: Amazing location. Right in the middle of things. At night you go past people enjoying hot pot and drinking to get to the hotel door. Right next to the subway as well!nBed was comfortable. Wifi was adequate. nBed and linens and bathroom were clean. nStaff did their job and nothing elsenDespite all the activities outside. Noise wasn't an issue. Didn't hear my neighbors nor revelers outside.nGood water pressure and hot water supply.
Negative points: Small room. Not cramped though. Dark. Not damp. No offensive smells though the elevator always had an aggressive scent.nVery dusty. Anything out of obvious sight. They will not clean. for example, the floor to ceiling mirror had many many many smudge marks that weren't cleaned. The top of the fridge has a thick layer of dust. Brick wall is patched with toilet paper. There still were holes in the drywall. They provide roach spray but luckily I didn't see any.nTowels were tiny as other reviews have mentioned but they were generous and always left more so it wasn't a huge issue. nVery little natural light as the windows just face another building.nThey must've gotten rid of the gaming computers.nPower outlet sockets were very loose meaning that things plugged in would fall out unless supported. Though they did leave one USB charger in the room.nThere was some leaking from the mini fridge on the first day.
Review: Great value for money, located in the heart of all the touristic locations, the room was basic, clean and had a decent shower with bathtub.

Negative points: NO NORMAL SIZE TOWEL. I dont understand how can a hotel not provide this. only hand towels provided but you can request more.
Review: Room is a bit cramped. nnI liked that there was a separate shower area but there is no shower curtain or glass so the bathroom gets wet regardless. nnI didn’t like the sink wasn’t in the bathroom. nnOverall the location is nice. Near many restaurants and the train lines.
Positive points: Good location, metro station nearby and city center, cafes and restaurants
Negative points: Looks better on pictures, than in reality. No facilities at all, everything is very dirty. Out room wasn’t cleaned seems for a year, dirt in elevator, on windows, balcony - everywhere. No early check in. No gym no restroom in lobby. Bad renovation. Bad cleaning service - stuff couldn’t change towels and remove trash even by daily request. Won’t stay here again - complete overpay.
Review: Very affordable compared to properties in Myeongdong, clean, friendly staff, good number of food options and make shift stalls in the area.
Positive points: Location and the bath amenities (shower/hair/conditioner) was good.
Negative points: There were NO bath towels for our ENTIRE stay!!!! We were only given the small towels for hair as the reception lady staff said don’t have (she couldn’t elaborate as both of us were limited in our vocabulary!) Also the coffee wasn’t replenished through my stay…..plus I had to wash the kettle as there was hair stuck in it…but decided not to use….
Review: JUST BE AWARE THAT THE CHECK IN IS FROM 9 PM IN THE EVENING !!! THE CHEAP PRICE MIGHT REFLECT THIS
Positive points: place is close to a train station like 20 meters when you exit the hotel. nightlife is bustling. the street outside are mostly restaurants and street eateries. lots of local food and everyone's favorite chicken and beer. no problem on accessibility.
Negative points: could use some guide on the use of the heater but maybe because i fiddled with it when it got a bit too warm for my liking.
