Review: Room,bed sheets,pillows case toilet very dirty.
Positive points: The property was okay.
Negative points: The host runs scooter rental and ride scams. If you rent a scooter it will have no gas when you get it. She will tell you the gas station is just down the road. It’s actually a 15 minute drive. This happened twice on our stay. One evening the maid dropped by to get the keys to move our scooter and said we could pick up the keys in the morning at the front desk. The gas gauge clearly showed that the scooter was taken out on a road trip the next morning. Also she runs a service where you pay 100000 dong for two scooters to take you to the bus station. We used a taxi car and paid 40 000 dong. The room was okay but stay clear of the scooter scams.

Review: I had a really great stay in Chau Doc, and one of the reasons is because I stayed at this hotel! First of all, the location was really great. It's in the center, close to the market located exactly next to Jollibee. I arrived later in the evening, and I didn't even have to walk too far for dinner at the time. And it's also walking distance to some other eateries around the city as well. Faishal, the staff at the hotel, was super helpful! He helped me from the time I checked in to the day I left to check out. He also helped me arrange the bike to get around. I can't imagine how I'd do without him. I'd totally recommend this hotel to anyone planning to go to Chau Doc, it's really valuable for a great stay in town!
Review: Near all transportation.Plenty food stands, restaurants around.Poor breakfast options.My booking was mixed up,i couldn't get my room for the first night as the hotel was overbooked,the receiptionist was helpful thou.
