Review: The property is at Seoul center, located near Namyeong station. It’s like a love hotel.n The staff is friendly and helpful, some of them can speak Vietnamese, English. They always willing to help you anything, include keeping the luggage. The room is bigger than the information on site, it has a big bathtub, which is enough for 2 persons.nHowever, the cons is 2 construction sites near by the hotel, it could be loud on day time. Besides, the facilities is like an old styles, even the hotel is renovated, it’s still like a 90s classic style hotel.

Review: It was a good stay in this hotel. So close to the tourist spots. Good service and the receptionists are kind. They know how to speak and understand English. We enjoyed staying here! Highly recommended.

Review: Highly recommend if you prefer to transit to other cities by KTX. Hotel location is just only 1 station from Seoul station and hotel is not far from subway station, only 5 mins walk. Hotel staff can speak English. Room is big and clean. Price is reasonable compare to other hotel.

Review: My husband and I had multiple issues during our 2 night stay. The staff is not professional, they seemed to be people off the street managing the front desk with no training in hospitality, dressed in sweat pants. When we asked for help calling a taxi, they refused to help us. The room temperature cannot be controlled within the room, the building has central heating and the temperature, including the floor heat, was uncomfortably hot at all times. When we asked to turn it off the staff refused, so it was too hot at all times and we could not sleep comfortably. Any time we were in the room, the window had to be open all the way (during Dec 30th and 31st). The beds were too hard to sleep in. We will not stay in this hotel again.

Review: The tub was massive and fit two people comfortably. Any toiletries that you need were provided. There was a stain on the chair and accent pillow that was really offputting. Bed was very comfortable. I wished there was a dedicated space to hang jackets.

Review: We stayed 3 nights in a suite with two beds, a double and a single. It is a spacious open-concept room. Only the toilet is in a separate room, even the bathtub is out in the open. It is a really interesting set up. The large bathtub was like a jacuzzi without jets and my toddler had a blast at bathtime. The hotel is very close to Namyeong station, and only a few stops away from all the major places like Myeongdong, Insadong, Namdaemun and Dongdaemun. In the immediate surroundings, there were tons of restaurants and stores. Our only frustration was that it isn't very obvious facing the main street and the cabbie had trouble finding it. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay and we would choose to stay again in the future.

Review: Good in location. Near Namyeong station and easy to get everywhere coz near bus stop too.
