Review: Felt like most of my problems wasn’t heard from the staff or had empathy. And more catered towards Westerners. I was disappointed because I was excited to stay and have a relaxing time at this hotel. However, I do not have a good experience.
Positive points: Stunning hotel in a very convenient location. Incredible breakfast buffet. Rooftop bar and swimming pool was great!
Negative points: The noise outside that went until midnight every night. If you are after a hotel where you can get some sleep, this hotel isn't for you. It's the only downside of an otherwise wonderful hotel.
Review: Fabulous service, lovely rooms. The Albion is exceptional. Very much a five star hotel.

Review: One of my favourite hotels anywhere. Still the Best rooftop bar in Ho Chi Minh. Staff fantastic. Breakfast great. Only drawback - Accor travel points system is the most stupid I have encountered.
Positive points: Wow! What a classy hotel and excellent staff. Flawless service. The hotel is very nice and the location is excellent. From being able to choose your own pillow from more than five types of pillows, to the excellent breakfast buffets and dinner, we were very impressed. Two thumbs way up. This is a five star hotel. Also the spa services we got were excellent as well.
Negative points: Nothing.

Fantastic location - very central with lots of coffee, restaurants and shops. Walkable distance to many place.
Spotless and very spacious room. The design is very nice, especially for people who loves boutique hotels.
Positive points: Great location, buffet breakfast is amazing. Loved the rooftop pool and bar. Staff are super friendly and eager to assist and ensure you have a great stay.
Negative points: Hotel room is on the smaller side. Bathroom not separate, curtain used as a partition.
Review: Good location to discover HCM main attractions. Super comfy bed. Bathroom is a bit tiny but that's fine for a few days. We had great time and food at the restaurant and the rooftop bar for the New Year Eve

Review: Hotel's cleanliness and staff were great. Loved the little touches of snacks and fruits to our rooms. And appreciated the use of glass bottles instead of plastic bottles in the hotel.
Positive points: Excellent staff, very friendly. The breakfast was great and the hotel was very clean and well managed.
Negative points: Small swiming pool with limited seating. Poor rating due to excessive street noise and loud music from a youth centre across the street that lasted much of the evening. Also, rooftop bar music was annoying until after midnight. However, Management was excellent and responded by moving us to a room at the back of the hotel. However, sleep was still impossible until 10:30 or later. With early morning activities, we struggled all week.
Review: It's a lovely hotel - very clean room, comfortable bed and rooftop is great. Just not sure it's worth it when there are so many great, beautiful hotels in Saigon for much less.

Review: One of the best hotel in Ho Chi Minh. The staffs were amazing and highly trained with super great services . Breakfast was good and tea time was nice also . Dinner haven’t tried yet since we go out to eat most of time. But this place is an excellent stay for us . We love it .
Positive points: The vibe, the centrality of the location. Nice rooftop especially in the evening. Nice drinks. Great choice at breakfast
Negative points: the food atvthe rooftop is not up to the place
