Review: Great stay for the price. Extremely close to the beach and many stores and restaurants. Clean room and warm shower.

Positive points: good price, clean, big window (city view)
Negative points: shower water temperature : it was very difficult to get between cold or very hot, even with moving millimeter by millimeter. Internet very slow. Also I am unable to use the chair + desk, there is 5cm space for leg between chair and table, but it's the same in most of the hotels, not sure why. But price was very good so I really can't complain

Positive points: I've stayed at this hotel multiple times and have always been impressed by the cleanliness, quality housekeeping, and the friendly staff. The only downside is the not to fast and unreliable internet. Despite this, I continue to choose this hotel for its impeccable service.❤️
Review: The hotel has full amenities, good service, a convenient location near the beach, and many shops and restaurants around.
Positive points: The Triple room was quite big and spacious with a kitchen.
Negative points:
The staff. We booked for 7 night and then extended for 2 more night at the same price. I wanted to extend with 2 more nights but then they started to charge more…So we had to leave.
The room did not had a view. The window was next to another building.

Positive points: Everything was perfect especially for the price. We had regular cleaning, fresh towels and sheets. Highly recommend a room with big window
Negative points: Just one thing bothered me. It was difficult to control temperature of water in the shower. It is cold and after shifting mixer 1 millimetre to the left it’s hot as fire already.

Positive points: Location, my room was quiet, and some of the staff.
Negative points:
The room reserved was not the same as the room I was given. When I told them about it, I was told the price I reserved under was for the room I was given. The bed was rock hard (mattress seemed to be still in the original wrapping!), smelled moldy, shower water ran everywhere when one showered.
Went to check out a day early as my sinuses could not deal with the moldy smell. Staff did not accept my Visa (used to reserve the room) saying they did not have a machine for it and wanted cash. I handed them US$50, and asked for change back (price was US$ 41.90). They then told me it was not enough because they did not “exchange” the dollars at the bank rate. Reservations were made in US$, so no brains there, I thought. we went back and forth for 90 minutes, at least. I then exchanged the fifty for $40, and the rest in VND and told them we were settled. Suddenly, they were using the full exchange rate. You cannot have it both ways. More than a day later, I am still waiting for my receipt.
I feel bad for the young, untrained staff with extremely limited English. However, I spoke with two other women, including a manager on the phone. I understand they may not set the rules, but fair is fair. I was treated very unfairly during check-out. and I am still waiting for my receipt!!!

Pros: cheap, clean, super nice staff, easy to sign up for day tours and easy access to shops and restaurants
Cons: sheets were slightly dirty (you could see oil marks), the washroom would always overflow because the showerhead is over the toilet and the drain wouldn't drain fast enough
Positive points: I like how the property was in a crowded space with restaurants and stores to head around. Next to the beach, as well. The receptionist was great! helped order me some food through the app and recommended some spots to eat nearby.
Negative points: The only thing I didn’t like was how hard the bed was. it was a traditional Vietnamese mattress. I had a bad back at the end of the day but the place was clean
