Positive points: The staff were extremely friendly and the room was well maintained. The location is perfect, closer to a big temple, the Metro, plenty of food options, etc. rnrnHighly recommend!
Negative points: There was a smell from the pipes in the bathroom at times, but just leave the fan on and it's fine. Also, I likely wouldn't book through booking.com again with this hotel as you can't make changes to your reservation (like leave a day early) even if you give early notice.
Positive points: The location is excellent, in the center of the city, near a vibrant restored hank village of restaurants and cafes.
Negative points: With the large bed, space was very tight in the room.
Positive points: The location was really good. Self checkin. Breakfast. Clean rooms. Helpful English speaking staff. Laundry service.
Negative points: We booked the smallest room we knew that in advantage! It is quite small but very cheap!
Positive points: Great location, very clean, breakfast was awesome and the staff was exceptional. I brought the wrong adapter and the nice lady at the front desk loaned me one for my entire stay. They also called a taxi for me. The keyless entry to the room was nice.

They provided me with detailed guidance on navigating the nearby train stations, which are just a short walk from the hotel. Whether it was figuring out the best route to a popular attraction or how to get back after a late-night adventure, they were always ready to help with clear directions and helpful tips.nnThey also helped me with things that made my stay more comfortable, like arranging luggage storage for my early check-in and even recommending the best nearby spots to grab breakfast or coffee. When I needed assistance with transportation, they didn’t just give me general advice—they actually helped me book a taxi and made sure the driver knew exactly where I needed to go.

Review: The location is great, nearby are the palaces, lots of restaurants, convenience stores, .... and subway stations. The staff is very friendly, helpful AND english speaking. Would definitely come back another time!
Positive points: This neighborhood is amazing. So many restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. There are so many things to see withing walking distance. The room was small (as expected) but functional and clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Positive points: Location in nice neighborhood close to historical center, luggage lockers with code, European breakfast (coffee machine, toasts, ham, cheese, yogurt, fruits), nice staffnPerfect hotel compared to what we experienced in Seoul
Negative points: Small rooms, window view to the back yard, at the reception there’s a list of names of all guests with personal codes for check-in at check-in machines, no room card - only printed paper with all details and codes, need a bit renovation, the light control panel in the room was not fixed well to the wall, also one night all the light and television suddenly turned on in the middle of the night without any reason.
Review: The Room is small, but you got all you need. And the location is really really great! Totally worth it, would stay there again.

Review: Horrible service and not responsive team at all. Cannot provide supervisor for a days and do not respond if there is any issue. So be aware if you will have any issue- there will be no response or supervisor .
Positive points: The place is clean and nearby to everything like restaurants and everything. we are sure we will stay in that place again
