Positive points: Well, it is cheap and the staff is friendly. There is a fridge.
Negative points: It is not what you see in the pictures. Actually hard to think any of those photos could have been taken at the hotel. No electric kettle, mold in blanket and bed (washed some of it away 😅) Some rooms don’t have windows, those have a quite heavy air as people smoke in the corridor. I survived due to the window but was bitten by a mosquito.

First of all, I didn’t get the room I booked. There was no window in the room which made it dark and damp. The room smelled like there was no fresh air inside since years. When I was laying in bed, I noticed a smoke smell. There was an ashtray on the bedside table, but the booking said that it’s a non smoking room. The air conditioner was broken and the bathroom was dirty.
The room just looked like a room straight out of a horror movie.
The staff didn’t speak a single word English. When I complained about the problems, they didn’t care and I had to pay the full price.

Negative points: Phòng cũ và ga đệm ko đc mới , ko có ấm siêu tốc , ko có sẵn máy sấy , tủ có mỗi 2 cái móc treo quần áo , tivi ko có điều khiển , tủ lạnh có sẵn đồ uống nhưng ko có điện...
Positive points: Phòng sạch sẽ, rộng rãi, nhân viên nhiệt tình.
Review: I know the situation is currently difficult. We booked 2 nights at this hotel. As we said no news goods news. When we arrived at the property the receptionist refuse to host us without explication. He confirmed we will refund without guarantees. It seems that Agoda isn’t aware.
