Positive points: The pool, cinema and game room, restaurant is good, room was big and clean. Staff is friendly.

Negative points: Everything was very expensive from food to game to cinema.

Review: The check in experience was bad, staff was not professional and did not respect guest.
The staff was checking in for me then suddenly I was pushed aside and he continued the check in process for another guest, without any apology to me. He did now respect to me as hotel guest.
At the rental bike area, my brother was about to take a photo with the bike only. Then suddenly a staff came and said in an impolite way “Put the bike back! It’s rental bike for guests!” Then he walked away! How shocking. Is that the way you treat your guest?

Review: Very well maintained hotel. We stayed at Holiday Inn and we had a great time. There were 3 pools and we went during Tet holidays and still there was plenty of space for everyone. All the staff were friendly and professional. Free shuttle bus took 2.5-3 hrs which was a big plus.

Positive points: The property offers fantastic pools and a variety of activities that are perfect for kids. The on-site staff were professional and welcoming, with the check-in team providing an efficient and friendly experience.

Negative points: Our experience with the reservation team, particularly Ms. Phuong Luu, was extremely disappointing. The process of booking a shuttle was unnecessarily complicated, and we were pressured to pay extra for a room upgrade. Despite booking a room for 2 adults and 2 child’s, only three seats were reserved on the shuttle, forcing our youngest child to sit on her mother’s lap for a three-hour journey. It was clear the facilities and restaurants were underused, as we were often the only patrons. Businesses should appreciate and assist loyal customers who choose to spend their time and money with them. This experience fell far below expectations. Had a much better and personalised experience at Angeanna to be honest!

Positive points: The resort offers everything, great staff and services. Amazing views, great foods from breakfast, and at different restaurants, expensive but the foods were nice and delicious. Love the hotel, very clean and environment friendly .

Negative points: Not much, just the bed and the pillows were very uncomfortable. The pillows were too soft, very flat even with 2 pillows.

Positive points: A large pool and very nice staff

Negative points: You should not expect a cozy place here. Everything is too big and too far away from each other. The elevator is extremely far from the check in area, forcing you to walk through stores etc. The food at the Fuel bar and the Lemongrass restaurant is just at the average compared to other five star resorts.
The hotel brochure in our room introduces 19 restaurants and bars across all 3 facilities of the complex. We checked out what they offered in Holiday Inn and Intercontinental (belonging to the same Grand Hotram and share the same check in area, which we didn’t know before arriving and hence were quite confused). Most of the places at Intercontinental were closed, perhaps due to low occupancy.
Also pay attention at check-out. The staff recommended me to accept the deduction of our food bills from our deposit (which was required via credit card upon check-in) instead of cancelling the deposit and making a new payment for the bills. The first option means you would have to wait for 30 days until the remaining of the deposit is transferred back to your account. The latter is clearly better for guests as there is no wait time for you to get your money back.
Another reminder is that the check in time is 4pm. The staff was nice enough to let us check in at around 3.30pm though.
In short, while the place gives you a luxurious vibe, the fact that it is too big and accommodates a huge number of guests doesn’t give you a warm relaxing experience. While it is not my style and I won’t return but it’s just me, I fully understand why this place suits a certain type of guests.
