Review: Everything is fine.
But location is far to old town, u must go by motor or car. It take 20mins if u go by bike

Positive points: The resort is located a bit outside of Hoi An, but the hotel shuttle service worked well for transportation. Also, it’s not too far to walk—about 30-40 minutes at a good pace.

The hotel itself is fantastic—great pool, delicious food, and excellent breakfasts. The staff is very friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Review: The place is realy beautiful. Nice pool and garden, unfortunately the weather was rainy and we couldn’t enjoy them.
We had a conneting room so it was lots of space for family of 4.
Breakfast is good.
Location is not the best as you have to take taxi each time you want to go out somewhere.

Positive points: This hotel is simply wonderful! The property is well kept, clean, pretty and the staff is exceptionally friendly. They did everything to make our stay perfect, and we enjoyed every moment in spite of the rainy days. The location outside of the old town is not bad at all: you can get there easily by Crab or taxi, and the hotel has bike to rent for free. Biking across the rice fields to the beaches or by the river to the old town is something our family enjoyed a lot. The spa was excellent and worth the price. We had a massage nearly every day after exploring the area either by bikes or day-trips that the hotel also arranges for a very good price.

Positive points: Very well located, 10 minutes by car from the center of Hoi An. The staff is extremely generous, they always treated us with great attention and had all the information to help us experience the city! The resort has an incredible breakfast, spacious room, quality sheets and towels that always smell good! It also has a restaurant with delicious food and great prices! “Sunny”, staff’s member, was always very helpful and generous with our family!

Positive points: The best service I have ever experienced in all my travels. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Key standouts were Sonny and Tram - simply amazing people, friendly and helpful.

Review: The hotel was clean and comfortable. But I have to give special credit to the staff. They were always warm and welcoming. Special shout-out to Ms Tram and Ms Sunny for going the extra mile to make our stay memorable.

Positive points: The property was fantastic - lots of space, nice big pool area, surrounded by greenery. Spa on site too, should you need any massages or treatments - pretty reasonable, and discounted treatments. We didn’t eat a full meal at the restaurant, but we had some drinks and snacks there and it’s a lovely location, by the river.

The staff here were very attentive, warned of what to avoid and recommended places to go, including a good tailor (lots of “not so good” ones around apparently), and were super helpful with bags, opening doors, asking how our day was and if we needed anything. All staff were friendly, accommodating, but never intrusive or intense. We loved our time here.

Positive points: What an amazing stay! A wonderful resort, with great surroundings & pool. The beds were extremely comfortable, the room very clean and spacious. The restaurant food was delicious and with a great view overlooking the river.
