Review: Everything is okay.

Review: For the price, the room was very satisfactory. The problems: firstly, the hotel was very difficult to find and the directions button was not working. Secondly, Agoda does not seem to have sent my confirmation to the hotel and, because I had booked while I was on the road, I didn't have a printed copy. Very frustrating. Finally, the check-out staff questioned my honesty regarding use of the snacks provided when I was departing. Fortunately, that was solved fairly quickly, but on the road outside the hotel!

Review: The hotel is, honestly, too far from centre and the mark on Map is no where near correct. The rooms seem clean and newly renovated, but there are a few things that keep bugging us:rn- Power socket distribution around the room is terrible. No socket near beds.rn- Bathroom facility could be much better and the bathroom could be much bigger.rn- The air-con blow straight to the beds, making it uncomfortable to sleep at night.rnAnd yes, the hotel should replace all spring mattress .... (personal taste, though).rnAnyway, the staff was nice :)

Review: Nếu bạn cần ở phần phía bắc của Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh như tôi, bạn có thể ở khách sạn này. Nhân viên ở đây rất tuyệt, đặc biệt là cô Thủy Giang ở khu vực lễ tân, người rất lịch sự và thân thiện. Cô ấy phục vụ nhu cầu của khách rất hiệu quả. Người phụ nữ dọn dẹp cũng làm công việc của mình rất tốt. Tóm lại, mặc dù nơi này không thực sự mới và xa Quận 1, nhưng nó sạch sẽ và gọn gàng với đội ngũ nhân viên tuyệt vời.

Positive points: The hotel was clean and pleasant. The bathroom in my room had a leak from. The ceiling. Water would drop on your head when you came into bathroom. Staff nice. Cleaned room nicely. Provided clean towels. Soap to wash hands would have been nice and hangers for clothes. Refrigerator very nice.
