Positive points: The breakfast served from the time we stayed in hilton are the same. If you can serve different menu in your buffet breakfast.

Negative points: Breakfast buffet serve the same menu

Positive points: Great location, modern, comfortable, responsive and friendly staff, great breakfast, great pool on rooftopnnStaff responded positively to replace all down quilts and pillows, and replaced with comfortable foam equivalent items.nnReally loved this place and will make it a point to come back to stay again.

Positive points: I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. The facilities were excellent, and the location was very convenient—close to the metro and surrounded by plenty of restaurants.

Negative points: The only downside was the breakfast, which had limited options and could be improved. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable stay!

Positive points: Overall, it's a nice city center type hotel: kind staff, comfortable rooms and a vibrant location right in the heart of Gangnam. It's the right type of place to stay at if you're mostly using it to spend the night cause you're busy out and about during the day. I was too busy during my stay, so I didn't get to try the rooftop pool or the hotel's restaurant and cafe. But everything looked very inviting, so I'd definitely be happy to go back there and give those a shot.

Negative points: I had a bunch of loud neighbours, so I wondered if maybe there could be better acoustic isolation. Or maybe the neighbours were simply too loud (which was probably the case).rnI wasn't crazy about the breakfast - don't get me wrong, it wasn't bad at all. But I've been extremely impressed with certain breakfasts in other hotels and this one was simply good, but not amazing, to my taste.rnAlso, a total detail but still: I was a bit bummed that the majority of TV channels were local ones. Sometimes, as I go to bed, I like to have the TV running and maybe catch a TV show or a movie or some other form of entertainment to put me to sleep. But there wasn't really a cable TV type of system, it was mostly local channels and then just a few international ones, so that really didn't get the job done for me. Again, a detail, but a nice little one to have.

Positive points: The lobby staff very friendly, perfect location and lot restaurants nervy cafes and stations so easy to transfer to another areas of the city. I will recommend this hotel . And I love Korea 😍

Negative points: The AC it wasn’t working at this time because the weather at night the temperature dropped. So understand it. But for me was fine .
