Review: nMy recent stay was unfortunately marred by a significant issue concerning the pre-arranged chauffeur service. While many aspects of the hotel were enjoyable, the lack of communication and subsequent unexpected charge for a service I did not fully utilize left a sour taste.nPrior to my arrival, I had arranged for a chauffeur. However, despite this arrangement, I received absolutely no confirmation – neither a phone call nor an email – regarding the service. This lack of proactive communication was a red flag that, in hindsight, I should have addressed more vigorously.nUpon my arrival, it became clear that the chauffeur service, which I had expected to be seamlessly integrated, was not as confirmed as it should have been. To my dismay, I ultimately had to pay for this service, despite the significant communication breakdown and the fact that I did not enjoy the benefit of a confirmed and smoothly executed transfer. This felt like an unfair imposition, especially after the lack of any prior notification.nWhile I appreciate the comfortable room, the friendly front desk staff, the convenient location, the disorganization surrounding the chauffeur service and the unexpected cost truly detracted from my overall experience. I strongly urge the hotel management to improve their communication protocols for pre-booked services, particularly those involving an additional charge, to avoid similar frustrations for future guests.n

Review: The reception that welcome us was not helpful & misleading, while we requested the bill, he said that we should asked to Agoda or the Agency, while we actually paid the bills in property, which mean the hotel should issued the bills. Fortunately when we checked out the girls from hotel is without hesitant just issued the bills for us.
