Review: Nice little guesthouse. The staff was super nice and washed, dried and folded your laundry for you (10.000 won for all). It’s a bit weird that all the doors are always open (like to the house and the rooms) but nothing got taken so no biggie. Super good for the price and location!!

One thing worth mentioning is the strong water pressure in the shower, which I appreciated after a long day of walking.nnThat said, there are a few things to keep in mind. The building is a bit aged and dim, including the rooms—some parts of the ceiling and walls show peeling paint, which may not appeal to everyone. The stairway lights at night are slow to respond, and the stairs themselves are quite narrow, so those with heavy luggage may need to be extra careful.nnSecurity may be a concern for some: the main entrance is always unlocked, and if you're staying in the dormitory, there is no lock on the room door or the provided locker (unless you bring your own padlock). I couldn’t tell who the official host was—it seemed to be run by a group of travelers or part-time staff rather than a full-time manager.nnThere aren't many standout facilities or services, and the location is a bit removed from central attractions, with most places requiring about 30 minutes of transport. Only The War Memorial of Korea is within walking distance. Also, be aware that restaurants in the area can be pricey, and many require a minimum of two people per order. If you're traveling solo and don’t speak Korean, you might find it challenging to dine out, especially at places that are unfamiliar with English-speaking guests.nnOverall, this place may suit budget-conscious travelers who are flexible and don’t mind a more hands-off, casual setup.

Positive points: I liked the fact that it had more of a guesthouse feel to it than a hostel. Furthermore I liked:n-the safety!n-the friendliness of staff and other guestsn-the showers on the female floor were clean n-the rooms are cleaned on a daily toon-no outside shoes inside policyn-common area (more of a kitchen and dining table)n-good and convenient area with many restaurants nearby

Positive points: Location was very convenient to access main sight seeing spots, clubs and shopping streets. Best for solo travellers with reasonable price. It's open for 24/7 so you can walk in and out at any time.

Review: self check in, not the best location, charger was in odd place, lady I was sharing room with was rude but staff was nicen

Review: Staff was never at the reception & each time the guest have to ring the bell to be attended.nThe room was a bit tight for 6 guests . There was only a shower & toilet on the second floor for more than 10 guests. No doubt there's additional showers & toilets on the first floor but who would go out in the cold. The stairs from the floor to the second floor are external & when it rains its leaking & dark in the night.

Positive points: Not very much. Two of the girls working there were very nice.
