Review: Clean, modern and comfy.
Positive points: Very well situated for the port and the main area was easily accessible by foot
Negative points: There wasn’t anything to dis like it fitted my requirements exactly
Review: Far from Japanese standard, so the name is a misleading way to attract customers. Few parkings but you have to park on the pavement as the hotel instructed.
Positive points:
Its location is super convenient for us to catch the speedboat as it is within the walking distance to the pier.
The staffs were so friendly. The hotel is simple but that’s all we need.
Review:
Front desk staff are generally kind and helpful, although a couple of them refused to assist with securing bus seats. All other hotels in Vietnam we visited provided this easy service.
Room’s looked nice but had structural issues. Windows leaked water during rains, and an electric outlet came undone from the wall.
Location is in an ‘up and coming’ development, but it currently lacks much to do. Grab app also doesnt allow pickups within this area (you have to schedule the pick-up point a 7-minute walk away).

Positive points: it’s new. felt clean. shower had good water pressure.
Negative points:
there was a female staff member with glasses that worked at the hotel and the Hasu coffee shop next door that took advantage of us and made money off of us through lying about bus transportation and prices. We paid her worker directly (at their demand) instead of the bus company, and they made 70,000VND per ticket extra off of us.
as for the hotel: there were little ants running around the walls and I’m the bathroom.
Review: The receptionists are very friendly when talking to guests, the rooms are clean, convenient, and the Wi-Fi is also very good.

Review: Close to dock can get to Phu Quoc quicker
Positive points: Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous. Highly recommended it!
Negative points: Nothing to not like about! ☺️
