Positive points: The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable.
Negative points: The pool was nice, but could be better if they added some roof above it :)

Review: Always comeback to this hotel. Very nice, always upgrade for services.
Positive points: Great location, free breakfast for children under 12, very good internet connection
Negative points: bolster and pillow cover need to be changed, stain mark in the bolster
Review: It's too expensive for the the small and narrow room, broken trash can so I had use my hands to open it. Unfriendly receptionist. Eye contact was very necessary when you talked to the customer. But apart from all of that, the breakfast was perfect. nI think, I will not choose this hotel for another trip.

Review: Good hotel with good view, Mahakam River. Near the Biggest Mall in Samarinda, a lot of parking area, good bfast an pool.
