Positive points: The foods was good, but I think it needs more variation. nGenerally the hospitality was fine, but perhaps it could be faster when it comes to check in time. I had to wait for about 45 minutes to get my room available.

Negative points: The WIFI connection was super duper bad, worst, i think. nIt's good to have android TV, but without WIFI connection it's useless! Limited TV channels also make me feel bored during my stay. nnThe gym facilities that can be used was also limited. Some equipments were not working.

Review: I would like to file a complaint regarding my stay at Hotel Ibis Samarinda from April 5, 2025 to April 6, 2025.nn1. The check-in process took quite a long time, and I was only able to enter the room at 5:00 PM local time, without any apology from the receptionist handling it.nn2. The air conditioner in room 1618 was hot. Although a technician came, it took two calls, and the issue occurred at around 1:30 AM. However, the AC still didn’t get cold, and there was no resolution provided by the hotel receptionist on duty at the time. nn---nnSaya ingin mengajukan komplain atas menginap saya di Hotel Ibis samarinda pada tanggal 5 april 2025 hinggal 6 april 2025n1. Waktu check in yang lumayan lama hingga baru bisa masuk pada jam 17.00 wita tanpa ada permintaan maaf dari receptionist yang menghandle. nn2. Ac yang panas di kamar 1618, sudah datang teknisi tapi harus 2x ditelp dan posisi tengah malam jam 01.30 pagi tapi ac tidak jg dingin dan tidak ada penyelesaian dari receptionist hotel yg bertugas saat itu.
