Review: I had booked and confirmed a 5-night stay, but upon arrival, the front desk told me there were no rooms available for 2 of the nights and moved me to another hotel. Strangely, I could still see 2 rooms available on Agoda at that time.
Positive points: Clean and big roomrnwifi is fastrnthe staff at the receptionist able to speak english!
Negative points: sadly my room hot water seems not workingrnstaircase up the hotel, but luckily my luggage is light
Positive points: The room is spacious, clean and comfy. The dining area has a wonderful view. There is also a small gym. The location is great.nBut the best feature of this hotel is its hospitality managers. The ladies are incredibly kind, smiling, and helpful. We are especially grateful to Thao!

Review: Staff do not brief taxi man properly. Fares was collected before hand. I was send to domestic airport. I have to trouble back to internatinal airport. Staff must brief taxi man. They can understand us

Review: 1- FALSE PHOTO The photo that shows this hotel is absolutely false, the hotel I stayed at had no awning, was not clean outside and not stand alone. It located in a dreary manufacturing area. n2- No sites nearby like Old Quarter, the Temple of Literature was quite a bit a way. n3- No great places to eat for foreigners. You have to go to the Old Quarter ( you mine as well stay there)n4-The staff was very nicen5- The rooms themselves were old and outdated, and smaller then the pictures shows. Stay at a AirBnb for $25 with clean modern setup. washer and dryer and near malls etc
