Positive points: I liked the welcome coffee. The meeting place is good.
Negative points: The check-in process takes time. The room is tampered with and the machine does not work well.
Review: Nice hotel, very nice staff, but windows are not enough sound proof and cars/motorcycles can be heard distinctly, including at night. Personally, I had to sleep with ear plugs.nnAlso, strong perfume spread at around lunch time in the elevators and in the basement (cafe) and volume of music too loud as often in Korea.nnI had to work late one day and decided to go to the cafe on B1 and the staff decided to switch off the light without notice. Quite annoying. nnThe location otherwise is ok, with a small market not far and 2 subway stations at 5-10 minutes walking distance.

Review: Stayed here with a friend who was visiting. Beds are relatively comfy, bathroom was top notch with a bidet and shower was great. Room size somewhat small but got the job done. Would stay again
Positive points: I enjoyed my stay there. I worker helped me with my luggage as soon as I got on the premises. The staff was friendly and helpful. Even as a foreigner there was no communication barrier. I tried the Spanish latte which was good and next time I stay I want to try the restaurant on the premises as well.
Negative points: There was nothing I did not like. Staff were friendly, the room was tidy and clean and a perfect size for a solo traveler. There hotel had many food, drink and other items to purchase. Overall it was a nice stay that I am going to recommend for other travelers.

Positive points: The staff were nice and tried their best.
Negative points: The hotel does not appear to be maintained - from carpets to A/C to curtains and sheets, everything f was old, stained, not functioning well. This included the lifts which broke down during our stay and were not repaired a few hours later when we left (the staff had to help us carry suitcases down 4 flights).
Review: This was our second stay at this hotel We booked for 2 weeks since we had enjoyed our first stay 5 months prior. However this time it was pretty awful. The first room they assigned us was very dusty. Even there were dust all over on the bed. All furnitures were very old and the paint was peeled and chipped. I took pictures and show the front desk staff. They immediately took an action and even upgraded our room for the first week. That was very nice. However the room service was awful. It was obvious that all they do is pretty up the room a bit. There were hair all over in the room and a shower for two days in a raw. They did not vacuum what so ever. so I had to complain. Also, the room we were assigned was extremely noisy. We could not sleep. Even though staff was very nice , we won't stay at this hotel again. Terrible experience overall. You can get so much better room for the price .
Positive points: Two free Americano coupons provided, and the coffee was good. Parking staff is quite helpful.
Negative points: - Slow wifi, small room. n- They provided only one room card per room, claiming that they are fully booked and therefore are running out of cards (can you actually believe that?!) n- Cleaning staff did a minimal job. Didn’t bother to replace used cups with new ones, and only refilled what was specifically requested. Could have taken the initiative to refill supplies that are obviously running low. What’s the point of having someone to clean your room if you have to ask specifically for refills?

Positive points: Very cool hotel. It was a last minute for us to stay warm during some very cold days in Seoul and this gem did just that. Heated seats on toilet and heat in the room. Perfect. The breakfast was a plus and sth new we never would try to order ourselves. Great experience.
Negative points: Area is not close to any tourist area but Uber and metro are around. So no issue.
Review: Price was great for the room size and there are a lot of shops around the area, just that it takes 30-40min to travel to the heart of Seoul
Positive points: Detail, Design and size of the room. All above the expectation
Negative points: Maintenance requires attention. Windows definitely need cleaning, cannot look out the window. Also walls need painting at minimum!
