Hanami Hotel Danang

Review: I booked a Deluxe family room with breakfast for all 6 persons including 3 kids. When arrived I was asked to purchase extra breakfast for the kids.
Later our family was sent to a regular family room without a bathtub as posted from Agoda. When I questioned, they told me that's the only type of family room they have and those pictures from Agoda are not updated. I knew I got a scam but nothing I can do with it.

Positive points: The combination of a well-sized and clean room, along with the extraordinary comfort of the bed, exceeded my expectations. The staff's friendliness and attentiveness added an extra layer of warmth to our stay

Review: I am sorry to say, but I was very dissatisfied with this room. My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The staff tried their best to respond to all issues. But the fact remains: I was issued a room that was not prepared for use, and needs maintenance and assessment.

1. I arrived after 3:30 and the room was not cleaned and ready for me. The floors were dirty. The hallway outside my room was dirty. This was cleared up by the following day.

2. When I arrived, there was a very foul odor coming from the bathroom, to which I noted that the staff must have been clearly aware, due to their swift response after I complained the following morning. Why then was this not addressed before I arrived?

3. The foul odor returned each day, though less severe.l, so I kept the window open, plus the bathroom door closed with fan on, and all the drains covered with towels.

4. I specifically asked for a room with bathtub. I arrived to a room with a bathtub and no plug. I did not receive the plug until after 10pm.

5. The bathtub leaks.

6. The bath water is limited and not hot. There’s a sign that says wait 2-5 minutes for hot water. There is never hot water, only tepid.

7. I arrived to a refrigerator that does not work. It took 2 days for someone to deliver a second fridge to place in the already small room with the first fridge (instead of removing the first fridge as well).

8. Of the 4 days I was there twice no one came to clean the room or leave drinking water, which is just as well because the days the room was cleaned, the floors were always dirty. I guess they do not clean the dust pads and/or mop.

I reported these problems to reception. They responded as they could. But this is far too many problems everyday, starting on the first day of a 4 night stay.

I reported these problems to the manager and the manager blamed the staff and the Lunar New Year Celebration, rather than admitting tying that I was sold a room that was not ready l to receive guests.

Positive points: The comfortable and well-appointed rooms, exceptional service from the friendly staff, delectable breakfast options, and convenient location all contributed to an unforgettable stay. If you are looking for a memorable experience in Danang, Hanami Hotel is the perfect choice.

Review: No window, so daảk and tired

Review: be careful about your room. they won't tell you there is no window. they will put different rooms pictures and will give a room look like a prison. the hotel over all noisy and dirty.

Positive points: I and husband feel happy when we stay at Hanami Hotel Da Nang. The room is clean and new. That beautiful decorated room very romantic. Thanks Hanami for giving me a wonderful vacation.

Review: The room I thought I booked looked nothing like the picture so renters be aware. Great location. Very close to the An thong area. Motor bike place up the road will rent even though you don’t have an international drivers licence. Hotel wouldn’t rent us a bike!
