Positive points: Halais's staff was very helpful during out stay. They were very friendly and gave us useful information about Vietnam. To Rose and the rest of the team who in charge on our stay, thank you so much. I will go back to Halais when visit Vietnam again.nnWhat you see from pic = real. The location was great. Near to train street, cathedral, foods. The room was huge and clean. The amenities were complete and good.

Review: Stay was acceptable, except that there were occasional smoke smell from ground floor (maybe window malfunction) as we stayed on the first level. Generally clean, there's heater in the room as well. Breakfast selection was limited, and nothing much left to choose when we were late but guests are allowed to order noodles soup (not on the buffet table).
