Review: I make a book about a week ago and making 3 special requests when I arrived for check in none one of them can be fulfilled. And when I come to my room I find German roach in my bathroom also when I sleep in the morning I hear noises very2 louder around 6am came from swimming pool area when supposed to they can arrange or schedule normal at least 9am because they are 5 star hotel

Positive points: Hotel has some lovely restaurants, the Chinese and Japanese are particularly good. Sky bar up on the 19th floor is a bit soul less, in that it's usually empty, but even when there are people there, it lacks the atmosphere of a good bar. Service is good, and sometimes there is live music playing.
Negative points: No complaints for the hotel, although the pool does close early, and they make you get out if it rains!!

Positive points: Breakfast. All food are delicious. I love wedang kembang talang and mie godok so much. Staff are polite and kind, spacious room, my son can't stop playing waterslide in the swimming pool.

Review: Excellent for All
Positive points: Staying for more than 3 times in this hotel, sincr it s new. The room is spacious, with kinds of bfast menu to spoil ur taste bud.
Negative points: Basically all ok except that the staffs at trimurti restaurant who carelessly miscounting counts for additional bfast paxx ,that it s quite hassle for me ,showing inability to prioritizing details of payment to the cust.

Positive points: Kids love the pool the breakfast, room and everything.
Negative points: We stayed 2 nights and they supposed to clean the room but they only made the bed they did not vacuum or sweep the floor trash still on the floor. We complained right away and they offered to clean the room again but it was already 10pm kids ready for bed. They gave us 1 free breakfast instead. Thanks but actually didnt need the breakfast since we purchases breakfast already with the room. We hope that they clean thoroughly.
