Negative points: Very noisy….loud music with bass beat till midnight

Negative points: We booked a deluxe room for 2 nights, but got an upgrade a bigger (NEW) deluxe room at the Lihaga because the normal deluxe room was fully booked due to event, but unfortunately the facilities in this room were disappointing, not what we had expected: the fridge did not working, the TV channels were snowing. The bathroom was outdated, no glasses, shampoo was empty. We have requested, but they didn’t bring it. The drinking water was outside the room, looks not so clean. So we just bought Aqua bottles outside the hotel. The view of our room was the forest instead of the garden. The food and breakfast at the restaurant were disappointing. This hotel should be 3*, not 4*. nThe next day we got a new room at the Lihaga, but the room was even worse. So we decided to go back to the first room. nDue to all the complaints we hadn’t do any other activities in the hotel. So we were very disappointing. nWe did got compensations: free massages and beers. nRe information about the activities you need to ask more information at the reception when the boat leaves to Bunaken island or snorkeling. There’s no (online) information in the room. nnOur other family stayed at the normal deluxe room and the facilities were much better than ours.

Negative points: Needs a proper uplifting and more service

Negative points: I chose one bed for all three rooms on this app, but in the end all we got is twin bed, the front guy said they cannot contact me to inform the room is not available but i haven’t got any call from them.rnAnd.. lift is not available in this hotel, not elderly friendly.rnI wouldn’t mind if this place not elderly friendly, when i want to change the room into the ground floor they said i did not make a request. I did make a request for one bed for 3 rooms, but they could’t make it. So why do i have to make request if they cannot make it?rnThe front guy totally need training

Negative points: Food - the breakfast was mediocre and the menu otherwise worse. The first day we had breakfast things tasted very bland and the orange juice tasted watered down. The second day breakfast was a bit better but still low in taste. nnWhat was really a let down was how bad the restaurant was otherwise - the price and the taste are terrible. We had a Nasi Goreng each and Calamari to share and neither tasted remotely like they should. In total it cost 270K IDR, no drinks! The Calamari Rings we bit into 1 each and left the rest of the plate, the Nasi Goreng we filtered through the rice and left half. We ended up eating at the local Warung instead.. 1/3 of the price including drinks and infinitely better taste. nnAlso the cost for activities through the hotel was absurdly priced in our opinion. But of course they are the only options in the area without leaving to Manado city or further.nnBeyond the staff friendliness and the comfort of the room things are mediocre and it seems like they get away with it because they are almost the only option for food and otherwise in the close vicinity. Once you're there you're stuck there.

Negative points: nothing

Negative points: The rooms are not very clean especially the bathrooms and the floor. Aircon need to be maintained as it was making rattling noise.

Negative points: Breakfast was very bad and waiting time for check in was too long

Negative points: I really didn’t care for how the food was prepared at the restaurant (over cooked in my opinion). the facilities when I arrived needed maintenance and cleaning ( toilets by the pool were overflowing). nI felt like the air conditioner needed maintenance in the room and water filter system outside needed cleaning. Things just looked a little worn down and needed replacement but this is kinda expected after reopening from 2 years post pandemic.
