Positive points: As expected from a 4• hotel :nNice Spacious room, nwarm water, nHelpful staffnWide varity for breakfast, however catering more to indonasian taste.nnBig shopping mall within walking distance, as is the trainstation to the airport.

Negative points: Even the sealed windows couldn't keep out the noise from a mosque. nThe light for the working desk is too weak .

Negative points: Restaurant takes hours to send the food to the room. Can be improved. Most of the time we cancel the order due to late delivery.nnTowels needs to be improved

Review: Honestly poor experience. When we first checked in, they gave us a room that was not cleaned after the previous guests had checked out - sheets were messy and there was even a packet of ciggarette on the table. Called the reception who then changed the room for us. Room was not entirely clean and there were even ants crawling in the toilet!!!!! We asked for room cleaning services and they obviously gave a roll of used toilet paper because it was obviously not full and there was even a stain! Come at your own risk!!!

Review: The Aircon is dirty. Wifi does not work. The shower head holder is broken. The pool closed at 6pm.

Positive points: Right in the city, good view, tried their best to accommodate guest’s needs to make their stay comfortable.

Negative points: Reservation/Check out staff were very slow in responding and finalizing the request/work. You had to chase them for answers. They expected each other to do the job. Couldn’t be bothered to move at speed. Surely it isn’t the culture.

Review: It's location is central but we had to change room as the noise from the road was overwhelming along with the clattering of the air-conditioning. The breakfast is mediocre with not many choices. We won't be staying here again.

Positive points: Staff friendliness and location are excellent. The bed size (we booked twin beds) is exceptional.

Negative points: The facilities inside the room, specifically the bathroom (the shower is broken). The room is not noiseless, you can hear the sound of vehicles (outside) from the room.

Review: Good location and really amazing staff. The room was quite outdated but great for a short stay in Medan. I was very disappointed as I paid extra for a double bed room and when I arrived I was told there is no double bed room available. They suggested to move the beds but they ended up in the middle of the room with a lot of dust from behind the beds. Definitely not a solution.

Positive points: Breakfast choice satisfactory.

Negative points: Due to electricity cut, SAT.15/10/22, I had to walk 7 flights of stairs, 2 levels had no lighting! I was about to have breakfast! It's a good thing I'm very fit (70,yrs) & had my phone to use as a torch!!?? I also expected some information about this Dutch Heritage Hotel..some history about the Dutch presence in Medan.
