Review: Ac not cool
Positive points: Many varieties of foods to try..rnLove the tropical fruits especially salak.
Negative points: None
Review: Generally satisfactory. Room lacks a mini refrigerator to allow guests to cool drinks or food stuff like fruits for personal consumption.
Positive points: Located in the city centre, very closo to Centre Point Mall.
Review: Location good being in town centre and near the train station for ride to airport. Hotel room lacks a mini refrigerator as the guest can keep their drinks cold.

Negative points: The staff, I know it’s not there fault it comes from management, the manager there Rudy needs to go back to hospitality training cause he knows nothing about customer service and it shows the way he trained the staff there, he was beyond rude, there are tons of places to stay for same price so do your self a favor and go there

Positive points: NOTHING this place is terrible, the worst part is the staff very very rude they all need to go back to customer service training especially the manager Mr. Rudy
Negative points: Mold in my room, toilet didn’t flush, bathroom is so small you can’t even turn around in there, the staff is terribly rude, one staff member tells you one thing another staff member tells you something different, horrible hotel just because of the staff
Review: This hotel is value of money and. Located at very convenient place. Behind it have shopping mall, bar and restaurant open for 24 hours. The staff here very polite and helpful. I would recommend here gor who need to visit medan.

Negative points: Breakfast is like treasure hunt. will be great if the food station and tableware setting be more guest friendly.

Positive points: Decent hotel for a night in Medan. Spacious and clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location in city center. Breakfast was pretty good (mostly local food).
Negative points: Room is a bit dated and smells like there has been smoked in. Hardly any leg room on toilet.
