Positive points: Where it is located

Negative points: I didn't feel safe because on the first day of my stay they moved the lock of my room. I tell the receptionist about it and it didn’t happen again but I felt worried anyway.

Positive points: Very nice friendly helpful staff also the location was good.

Negative points: The beds were hard, I've never come across harder mattresses in all my travels they could be positively painfull.

Positive points: The 2 receptionist are so polite, helpful and friendly even the room attendant are the same which make us feel so relax, and one more thing was, they kept on smiling everytime i talk to them or whenever they see me and my mum.

Positive points: The room was a good size. We got reimbursed for the nights we didn't stay.

Negative points: We found a cockroach in the bathroom. There were holes everywhere where they could get in/out. The matress is as hard as wood. The noise of the traffic was really loud even being on the 11th floor and with windows close. There were people coming in and out from the elevator with wet clothes from the beach.
Terrible experience, we were booked for 4 nights, we left immediately after the first one.

Positive points: The staff in the lobby were so friendly. The rooms were clean and the location of the hotel was right in the centre.

Negative points: I had a room without a window or natural light, so that wasn’t really cosy. And I had some problems at breakfast too getting a coffee.

Review: Gia đình mình đã nghỉ ở ks 3 đêm. Phòng ốc tiện nghi cơ bản, bữa sáng đổi món mỗi ngày. Ks nằm ở đường lớn, có các quán ăn hải sản, cơm gia đình rất tiện. Trong tầm giá thì những gì nhận được khi trải nghiệm ở đây rất xứng đáng. Các em lễ tân thân thiện, lịch sự. Tuy nhiên, ga gối, dọn phòng chưa thực sự sạch sẽ. Ưu điểm là ngày nào nhân viên cũng đến dọn phòng.

Positive points: Amazing value, decent location to the beach and not a long walk to good restaurants. Staff were friendly

Negative points: Bath took forever to drain and beds were rock solid

Review: With a huge range of hotels around Da Nang this hotel is over rated and I would say more of a hostel standard. Mattresses are super hard and bed frames are basic. The Lobby looks nice, but once past this, it is dirty and many parts in the hotel are damaged. We went to breakfast, but walked back out as there were ants crawling all around the food and going upstairs to breakfast was filthy all over the stairs.
