Positive points: Really friendly staff, quiet room, great air conditioning, very clean.
Negative points: The pillows were terrible! This is genuinely my only complaint about the room but pillows are so important for me to sleep well and these things were like giant boulders.
Positive points: Felt very clean and safe. Staff were so friendly. There is a self laundromat next door.
Negative points: Not super close to a good variety of restaurants. There were CU’s and 7-11’s and a few coffee shops close by however and hotel offered fruit and muffin for breakfast which was nice. Metro and bus stops within 10-15 minute walking distance.
Review: This is my third time staying here with a friend. Everything is so convenient here and I love that it's quiet at night. It's 7 minutes walk to the subway, the airport bus is directly opposite the hotel. And surround the area there are 3 different convenience store you can go to, walkable to gwangjang market too. My friend also liked the place, it's her first time, she said it was cosy and just nice. Staff are always to helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again!
Positive points: From the very first day of booking through the app, communication was excellent. The messages were very responsive and responsible. When we arrived at the property, the staff was also appeared super friendly and helpful. They kindly allowed us to check in early, which was a great convenience for us—thank you again!nnThe room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with everything we needed. We appreciated the window, fresh sheets, and noise-free fridge. The bed was very comfortable, and we had a peaceful night’s sleep. The bathroom was clean, though a bit of deep cleaning in the corners would make it perfect.nnThe location was also excellent—right across from an airport bus stop and just 5–10 minutes from two metro stations. Super convenient for getting around!

Review: Overall stay was good. A bit of a communication issue for getting rooms cleaned. However this didn’t hinder my experience for staying at the hotel.
Positive points: The staff was very kind to me any time I talked to them or interacted with them. They also made sure I had a table and chair to set up my laptop on before I arrived at the hotel. The room was good too. There is also a nice bakery near the hotel called Tous Les Jours where I liked having breakfast.
Negative points: The shower is in the same area as the bathroom sink (there is no shower curtain) which is a little strange, but it works. The hotel is a decent walk from the light blue metro line which was sometimes inconvenient but otherwise fine. The telephones (landlines) also in the hotel didn't work while I was there (March 2025).rnrnThere is also no way to tell the hotel cleaning service that you don't want your room cleaned unless you are in your room with your key card in a specific spot on the wall. I found this inconvenient as I did not want my room cleaned every day, but the cleaning staff kept entering my room anyway while I was exploring the city.
Positive points: The location is convenient and also close to a lot of great Uzbek restaurants in Little Mongolia (which it’s apparently named). The room was cozy but comfortable for two people and we had a great stay. The staff also were extremely accommodating and helped me submit a case for a personal item I lost at the train station, and helped me call a taxi when I checked out.
Negative points: All good!
Positive points: The staff was super friendly and always went out of there way to be helpful.
Negative points: The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. No chair in the room and very small rooms.
