Positive points: Location

Review: Poor maintenance of the facilities and furniture of the room. There were cockroaches infestation and poor housekeeping service whereby they used the same bedsheets, no refill of coffee/tea, towel and toilet paper. Staff did not bother to clear the trash as well.

Positive points: This hotel is 5 min. walking distance to the Dragon bridge and around 15 min. walking distance to the My Khe beach. Breakfast was ok for the price.

Positive points: The staff are very friendly and helpful, always helping me with a smile. The room is very clean and spacious. Amenities like free wifi and mini fridge are very helpful.

Review: Travelers need to bring enough money for the stay prior to departure. Payment by card is not available in this hotel.

Positive points: The hotel is located right in the city center, right at Dragon Bridge. I was given a high room so I could see a beautiful view of the city. Breakfast here has a variety of dishes. The staff is very enthusiastic. I asked around a few coffee shops and they gave me some suggestions.

Positive points: They have given me an outstanding service. They clean my room everyday and give me clean towels. I have all I need they are very accomodating. the staff are soooo kind and very respectable.
