Review: Dear Agoda,nhow could you say the room is with city view when it is literally just a wall of the next building which is less than 2m apart? And we booked for 3+1 night (total 4 nights). We tried to ask for another room after the 2nd night but failed

Review: The receptionist is not friendly. Can't speak English very well. Rude in speaking and responding. No ethics. Until I get angry, they are more polite and respectful. It has to be like that otherwise the guests will be served rudely. The hotel owner must know about it. The receptionist's behavior
Positive points: Good location. Full size refrigerator, laundry machine, microwave, mini kitchen.. convenient.
Negative points: Overall dark. Have to turn lights on even during the day. Pillows are too soft. Uncomfortable sofa.
Review: Spacious, comfortable and clean hotel close to Gangnam station. Many shops and cafes nearby. Comfy beds.
Positive points: When I visited Korea I always stay this hotel nperfect Location, washer and laundry in unit , cooking area , living area. (if you come for beauty surgery this hotel perfect for recovery ) really clean room.
Negative points: Middle east family they are nice but a lot of kids running around if you like quiet on your floor.

Negative points: Some cups/plates/utensils don't seem so clean. Under the couch it's quite dirty. Would be nicer if this wasn't the case.rnBut these are little issues. Great value hotel.
Review: Hotel is old. Could not control aircon during cold weather as central heater is on. Broke down mid week and had to resort opening the windows and getting food smell come in from the nearby restaurants.
Positive points: The staff was really helpful and polite. I also got a free upgrade to a huge room.
Negative points: The hotel is really great, but probably they did not care much about the current exchange rate or promotion on foreign booking agency. Exactly after reserving in Euros(the cheapest, non-refundable option), I found the same room in Korean app with almost 30% less in KRW.

Negative points: the window wouldn’t shut properly, traffic noise was loud, couldn’t sleep much, inter-room soundproofing seemed sufficient

Positive points: The location of the hotel is exceptional, 5 min from Gangnam station and bunch of buses that will bring you literally anywhere within 30 minutes.nWe loved the size of the room, very spacious, kitchen is 10 out of 10 for traveler, at least you can have your leftovers in the fridge and drink tea/coffee, we even had rice cooker! Housekeeping renew water bottles no matter what, very nice!nThere are bunch of restaurants and shopping around, convenience store on the first floor in the same building.
Negative points: There wasn't much that we didn't like. n1. Housekeeping doesn't really clean your room nor change ur sheets during ur stay, all they do is changing towels, fill up water bottles and make ur bed.n2. We had a really awkward situation on the breakfast. We brought 2 boxes with our leftovers, didn't even open it, just set down and started to choose food. An elder woman (worker of the restaurant) stormed in straight to my mum and started to yell at her in a very rude manner. Then my husband came to the table and she started to yell at him about this boxes. Then I got involved and she told me :In Korea boxes are no no! Lol. I didn't understand what was the issue at first, but then we realized as she kept yelling that she isn't happy because she thought we want to box up food from the breakfast. So we asked her to leave us alone as we weren't doing that, she kept getting back at us and yell. nThat was awkward and unprofessional and totally ruined our day. Thanks, grandma. nIn all civilized countries you can take food away if you want or if you skip the breakfast, hotel makes a lunchbox for you to go since you paid for it. nAt this hotel you neither get a lunchbox also they don't allow you to eat after 9:30, even though the breakfast is until 10. I witnessed how the manager of the restaurant didn't allow the guest to the breakfast at 9:40.nI think this should be worked at.nOverall stay was awesome.
