* room with interior window gets no direct sunlight and smells mouldy
* breakfast menu has limited choices and is identical every day
* price via their website isn't the lowest available

Review: The reception staff at the hotel , especially Ms. Lily and Ms. Min were super helpful. They go ut of their way to make our stay comfortable at the hotel and provide us with caluable suggestions for activities and sightseeing. The hotel is at walkable distance from the old town area.

Since my constructive feedback to the hotel has made many positive changes to the room based on the photos given to me. I believe they will continue to provide better service and up hold their quality moving forward.

Positive points: Easy walking distance to everything but away from the busiest part of town. Good recommendations from staff regarding tailors and other things. A free walking tour of the old city leaves reception at 8.30am most days.

Review: It was great little hotel with amazing staff. They allowed us early check in, which was a great gesture. Rooms were cleaned and nice and hotel is 5 mins walking distance from the old quarters. Breakfast was great. Will definitely recommend staying in this hotel.

Positive points: Great staff, they helped us with everything, found us tours to attend and gave us plenty of info for the city and what to visit. The room smelled freshness and everything was nicely decorated and clean. At the reception you could always find free coffee and tea. Also, the location was great, just near the old quarter.

Review: Front desk helpful and friendly. An and Cherry did a great job in making sure their guests are comfortable. Location was great only a few minutes from ancient town. Nearby restaurants and corner mini-mart. Free walking tour was great in helping you get acclimated to Hoi An ancient town. Breakfast set menu which included a Vietnamese pancake option with banana and chocolate was delicious and served with Vietnamese coffee and fruit, gets you started right each day.

Thank you for your hospitality. When in Hoi An again, I wouldn't mind staying here again. Felt like family.
