Family House Hongdae

Positive points: The place I stayed at turned out to be much better than I expected. I chose a double room with a private bathroom, and I think that made a big difference—it was comfortable and felt very private, which I really liked. Breakfast was included, so for the price I paid, it was definitely worth it. If I come back to Seoul, I’m already thinking about staying there again.

Review: Very clean, nice location

Positive points: A good sized single room, larger then I expected in Seoul with a good sized bed. On the colder days they used floor heating that was very nice as I don't like being cold.

Review: I felt safe and comfy. Easy check in and check out. Very near to arex and green line2 hongik univ exit 2 and 3! Will definitely book here again!!

Review: i had a very good stay for five days here, we stay in family room for 5 days and left our luggage here before we went to busan for 1 day, it was very smooth. but the smell of the room is quite humid though, it needs more circulation imo. staff also very nice. theres iron and place to cook. and lounge where you can use while waiting for laundry.

Positive points: The location of the property is accessible to subway station, bus stops. It is surrounded by restaurants, cafes and retail shops.

Review: Everything was good, especially the location. The only inconvenience is no lift, and we got assigned to the highest floor.

Positive points: The location was perfect: very close to a subway station that has many options, very close to multiple restaurants and other stores, and wasn't loud at night. I love that the facilities had a kitchen with breakfast included and laundry. We also had a little area attached to our room where we could air-dry our laundry! The staff speaks English and were always nice and helpful!

Review: This is my third time staying in the guesthouse. The owner and staff are very helpful. They are easy to contact through Kakaotalk. The location is very good and near the train station. The booking came with free breakfast. The facilities are very good as well. The room I stayed in is spacious enough for two luggages. Take note that there are no elevators though. I came during winter and there’s floor heating. I was also able to do laundry for a small fee. I loved my stay and I will definitely book here again when I return to Seoul. ⭐️

Review: Very good location. Very accommodating and helpful staff. The female dorm is clean and spaceous enough. Lockers are provided for storing valuables. Luggage can be stored under the bed. After checkout, they allowed me to place my stuff in the lounge where I picked it up later when I was going to the airport. All in all, it was a good stay for me as a solo traveler. :)

Review: I haf a great time here. I stayed at the female dorm and the room was warm and the bed has enough room and with adequate pillow and blanket. The stay also include a simple breakfast. The location is also ideal being near to Hongik Exit 3 and 2. Overall, the stay was great.
