Review: The first time the room name was mistakenly changed, the second time the guests arrived and had no room reserved under their name, but they were not informed in advance. The security guard was friendly, the staff were relaxed, cheerful, and enthusiastic, and the guest rooms were nice and spacious.

Positive points: I didn't realise that it wasn't that close to everything, that said its on me. One 35min scooter ride and you are next to everything. That's only $2 and the trip well worth the experience. I loved the streets and the non touristy local feel. So its a compromise. The old quarter more that 2x the price on everything, but close to what you want to visit. So I think this was better.

Positive points: The room was very comfortable and well equipped with nice modern decor. It was convenient to be able to use the laundry room and kitchen. The host was helpful as well. nnIt’s in a neat area, not at all touristy — which we liked, but it’s also far from the city centre, so something to consider for other travellers. nOverall great stay.

Positive points: Nice and clean room, modern facilities, the actual room was as advertised. comfortable bed, mold-free and odorless bedsheet, the property provided with a free parking lot, AC and hot water was in good condition. The host was very supportive, he reached out to give me all the needed info. I met a lady who escort me to my room, she was so friendly and helpful.

Review: I was not informed that when returning late, I need to use the room key to open the gate. When I arrived at around 9:10 PM, I rang the bell, and a man came out to open the door. He scolded me severely and made me confirm that I was a guest there, saying why I didn’t bring the key to open the door. I explained that I didn’t know and was not instructed, but he still scolded me. I had to ring the bell twice before he came out, and when he did, he said, “Do you like ringing the bell loudly? Don’t you know you need to use the key to open it?” It was a very bad experience, and I will never return. 🙏🏿 The price I booked on Agoda was 405, but when paying, I had to pay 450k. At that time, I had a lot of luggage and it was inconvenient to take my phone out to check. 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿
