Negative points: Room smelt damp and clearly had not been used as had to deal with cockroaches first couple of nights…..the design of the room means the bathroom never really dries out.

Negative points: About everything was not likeable

Negative points: Communication problem they don't understand anything 🤷

Negative points: Room not as big as the photo. Bathroom would desire some upgrade. Cleanliness could be further improved.

Negative points: Room had mold and stains on the walls and bed. Bidet was leaking on the floor. The sheets had hair and dirt on them. The mold smell was very strong. There were water stains on the ceiling so there are probably leaking pipes from above. I turned on the fan and opened the window, and slept in my clothes. There were some spiders and ants. Staff was nice during check-in, so leaving some stars for that.

Negative points: Terrible service. Rude staff. Dirty room. Ac didn't work. Hot water didn't work. Cockroaches in the room

Negative points: I brushed my hand against the wires sticking out of the mirror, there was a bright flash of an electric arc, a loud sound, and the room went dark. The power never came back.
Reception girls called the manager, who, with an unpleasant grimace and unfriendly tone, handed me the keys to the new room and asked if I was finally happy, as if I wanted a new room because I was capricious.
Oh, ok then I'm happy your hotel didn't kill me but still can't recommend such an experience.

-The view from the window is of a gray wall, very depressing.
-It took a lot of time to get hot water from the crane.
-Mosquitoes.
-Very loud at night.

Negative points: This is just terrible! First, we were placed in a very small room on the 4th floor (it smelled of mold). Ants were crawling on the bed, cobwebs were on the walls, and there were many insect cocoons. In the evening, COCKROACHES appeared!!! We went to the reception to ask for help resolving this issue, and they moved us to a bigger room on the 5th floor, where an even greater nightmare awaited us.

We didn’t sleep at all, we just left our belongings and went out for a walk at night. Let me explain why. All the beds were DAMP, and under the blanket, the sheet was covered in MOLD. The pillow was also moldy (I have never seen anything like this in my life). The bed was crawling with ants. We laid towels down just to sit there. The chair at the dressing table was also completely covered in white fungi and mold. I’ve never witnessed such horror in my life.

We didn’t sleep for over 24 hours—it felt like a nightmare. All the rooms are damp, dirty, and simply horrifying. Meanwhile, they’ve decorated the place with lots of ornaments, probably to keep people from losing their minds completely.

👉Of course I would pay while checking in, what if I am traveling and don't see this message? Will I be left without a room?

• Doesn't happen often but here it is!
The price is listed without city tax, a small amount but can be confusing with check in.

• Water in bottles that was in the room was extra paid I found it out only during check out.

• The path on the floor to the bathroom was wet and smelled.

• My room was next to the elevator which emits the main sound of some sort of signal which woke me up at night when people were using the elevator.
