Positive points: The immersion in nature, beauty of nature, good rooms, great hosts ,and good food
Negative points: Nothing it was great
Positive points: Beautiful nature, Kind people, helpful staff, delicious food, we will be back.
Review: We really loved the place.nQuiet, serene, peaceful and cool. The room has no AC but that’s okay. The air is quite cool and refreshing nDo bring your insect repellent though as the place have insects roaming around especially evening time. nLocation to go in can be challenging because the road is a bit narrow.nOther than that, the place is lovely!nThey can served dinner and lunch with reasonable price on request. And rent scooter bike for venturing around.nAnd oh they have playful and friendly dogs.
Positive points: It's so peaceful and the owning family was lovely. The view of the rice field is lovely and there aren't many people around, making it ideal for a quiet getaway. The food they served us was nice, and within 15 mins around you have plenty of food options, the Jatiluwih rice fields, and plenty of temples to visit.
Negative points: One of the windows had no screen or anything, so it was just a gaping hole with a curtain. It's a tricky road getting into the homestay but it makes it all the more special and secluded.
Review: You'll get to stay with a lovely family who can cook you the best diner on the whole island! It is located in a remote village making it really quiet, even during the day which is rare for the best spots in Bali imo. Though it is close to some amazing sights like Jatiluwih (unesco), and more. For the best experience let yourself be informed by the family who are more then happy to point you in the right direction. The cabins are really cute, all with an exceptional view of the ricefields. You really feel like getting away from it all. Amazing! Will definitely try to visit again!
Positive points: The cottages are located in a perfect location, surrounded by the rice terraces. This location is a good escape from busy parts of Bali and a good starting point to visit Jatiluwih, Banyu Wana, Ulun Danu... This is a family owned property, they are extremely kind and provide good breakfast and dinner. The owner can organise a friendly and fun driver, thank you Roi for best day in Bali.
Negative points: Leaving to busy Ubud
Positive points: Very nice cabin with porch and amazing view of rice fields. Staff was helpful. Would recommend this property very much. Our hiking guide took us to his family complex when they were preparing for a ceremony and we met many locals.
Positive points: This was pure harmony looking out over the rice terraces. Harmony of humans, earth and spirit. I loved listening to the sounds of frogs and birds from the lovely wooden porch and cottage. The best for getting away from all the craziness of the world. And it was very cool there too.
Negative points: It was perfect for me. Maybe not for everyone who wants night life beyond nature.
Positive points: This place is absolutely amazing. The view is just stunning and staying here is so calming & refreshing. The cottage itself is super cute, the bed sheets were so soft & comfy. Not to mention the amazing breakfast & dinner. The hosts are very lovely & they made my experience beyond amazing. Ill def highly recommend this secret spot to everyone i know & come back myself!
Negative points: Absolutely nothing
Positive points: My room was just in front of rice field with excellent views, clean and with good facilities. Bed was comfortable, staffs were very friendly. nI came at right season of ripping time of all the tropical fruit. I took the advice of the owner, took a walk with guide, anywhere I went, there were fruits hang on trees, fantastic!nWeather was very good, 20-27 degrees, nicest weather in Bali, need a sweater at night.nHint: Find a moment to stay outside in the evening, otherwise you will miss the sky with full of stars, and shooting stars.
Negative points: Non
Positive points: The place, it's quite magical with one of the best rice paddies views in Bali, in my opinion. It's close to nature, but not immediately surrounded by forest of trees, thus the open landscape, airy, and bright. Pak Gede the owner is kind, warm, and genuinely extends balinese hospitality to the guests. I ordered dinner cooked by his wife, and the portion was big and tasted good, for that price, it was a real steal.
Negative points: Have to leave the next day...
Positive points: The location is gorgeous and it's so quiet. Just what I wanted - to be surrounded by nature. The staff was lovely and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. The shower was hot, there was extra drinking water provided, and the space was really cozy.
Negative points: There wasn't really anything I didn't like.
