Review: Good village
Positive points: Absolutely nothing, it was very dirty and not well maintained
Negative points: Everything!
Review: You get what you pay for.
Positive points: The staff was great, Ibu Kadek is super friendly, the villa is very spacious, the staff did everything they can to make us comfortable, the price was right, super close to beach.
Negative points: So many mosquitoes, and the pool a bit dirty and water tastes like brackish water but it was fine.
Review: Perfect location for our needs - near a mates place, beach and great cafes. We had our own pool, lounge area and kitchen as well as a great daily breakfast. nnPlace could use a little updating (also fans in the rooms as well as the a/c that’s currently in there would be lovely and save on power) but it’s safe, secluded and the staff were sweet. nnWill definitely stay again when we come back to Kedungu to visit friends in the future
Positive points: Quiet area, rice fields, old school Bali, sunset views on black Sand Beach or cliff top with few tourists and great photo opportunities.. lovely locals.. very welcoming and friendly.. nnThe property's dogs were delightful..

Negative points: Everything. The hotel is deplorable. The pool is very green, there were bugs crawling all over the bathroom vanity, there was mold growing on the walls and linens were very stained. We could not stay there and they will not refund our money. It was a very bad experience .
Review: Do not go there! Looks nice in pictures, but the place is nothing like that. Shower is literally falling down, there is no watter running. The bath looks nice, but there are cigarettes everywhere as if it has not been cleaned for years and again, watter pressure is so low, it is impossible to fill the bath as the watter goes away more quickly than it fills up. So the only place to wash yourself is the pool (not kidding, sadly). Closets are broken, only one hanger was left, spiderwebs everywhere you look. Lamp in the bathroom and by the bed were not working. Kitchen is not cleaned, when we tried to wash some dishes, water came out on the floor, smelly ugly watter as from the used toilet. In short, everything about this place is wrong and staff can not help you, because they don’t speak a word of English and only offer to “fix” your broken shower with a tape. Not a joke. Just don’t go there. Such a shame, because it is situated in such a nice town, with perfect beach for surfingn
Positive points: This villa got potential IF it well-maintained
Negative points: Poor maintenance. The pool was almost impossible to swim in. Extrmely dirty. No toilet amenities at all (only used and leftover soap from previous guest). We had to buy our own. Hot Shower was not working.
Review: THE ROOM VERY DIRTY, A LOT MOSQUITO , TOKEK/LIZARD AND MOUSE , NEVER COME AGAIN 🤮

Breakfast was either an omelette or steamed rice - nothing else was offered especially for childrenrn4. Dogs roaming into our rooms - staff didn't seem to worryrn5. Not really suitable for very young childrenrn6. We had booked for 4 nights and left after the first night

Positive points: Soooo, i tried to booking this villa, and it said Payment on property which means direct when i actually came to the property, and made the payment right on the lobby of the property, seems like the owner didnt know that concept, they sell my room to other guests,
Negative points: When i arrived in there, they said, we tried to contact you by chat on this booking.com app, that you need to made the payment by bank transfer before check in, OMG, not all of us is keep on eye on chat on bookingcom, i put my Whatsapp Number, you could reach me on that Whatsapp, im Indonesian, or you could send me Email, i dont mind to do bank transfer, but the way they treat you like a trash, with like an attitude i dont get your money, you dont get my room, its full, go away from here like it my fault that i dont response their message on chat app. please turn off that Payment on Property thing, so other people not dissapointed like me, what if the person is coming from France or US, or Canada after long hour flight and jetlag, and humid of Bali, you guys just dump them like you guys treat me, what a disgrace !
