Dragon Sea Sam Son Hotel

Review: Our two-day stay at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious, and the staff went above and beyond to meet our every need. The kitchen team, especially the supervisor, Arnul, truly made our mornings special. He greeted us each day with a warm, genuine smile and served up a delightful array of breakfast treats. We felt so well cared for throughout our stay!

Positive points: The service provided by the staff was absolutely fantastic

- Hotel swimming pools are ok except the cloth changing room is really terrible because not be clean (the Hotel administration must improve this point)

Review: - Brick in the bathroom and toilet is not the non-slip type.

- No hanging hook in the bathroom, no place to put the clothes inside the bathroom.

- I booked a sea view room, but from inside the room can see the building in front of our room only, their is 1 small ban-cone out side, we have to go to ban-cone to get sea view :( And they call it is sea-view room.

- I were requested to compensate for 1 loosed foot-towel (250k) even though we never have it in the room yet. I was not satisfy with this. The staff confirmed that they will send me the video clip of checking room when they preparing new room as an evidence that they did put the foot-tower into the room, but finally they do not send anything.

- In compare with No-star-hotel, this hotel is better.

Review: First, avoid this area because it is generally unpleasant. Go to any other beach area but this.

Skip this hotel for sure. It may have been nice once but it is run down now. The photos on Agoda are not true to life.

Review: We came here during the low season so we got a good deal on the price. It was nice, but I can't imagine spending the amount of the normal price for what it is. The room was available and the place was mostly empty but they still had us wait until the check-in time to go in the room...could have been a bit more friendly than that.
