Review: Sy dpt harga 350 rb tanpa sarapan di weekday. Kamarnya cukup luas dan nyaman. Kamar bersih, ada TV flat, kulkas mini dan pemasak air.

Negative points: The staff’s attitude as one of the ladies said “you are an Arab you have a lot of money” she thinks that she’s funny? Their breakfast was lame and tasteless! The room I booked was a single king size bed and they gave me 2 single beds.
Positive points: Love this place, would definitely stay again if passing through Jakarta. Bed was so comfortable and bathroom was clean and well designed. Food at the restaurant is great and the staff are very accommodating.
Negative points: There was a big convention there at the time so getting service in the restaurant with so many people was challenging, at no fault of the staff I'm sure!
Positive points: Nice hotel. Nice pool. Good choice for breakfast.
Negative points: The room, while adequate, didn't quite match the grandeur of the entrance. It provided only essential amenities like tea, coffee, and water. However, it fell short of the luxurious standards found in many 4-star hotels.

Negative points: I am a single traveller. Already strong request King bed upon booking, 3 days before arrival. However, upon check in, I got Twin bed. I call Reception after check in to have Hollywood which answer by male staff by OK but never done until.check out. Not easy to tap the elevator. Enter the room, there was a strong laundry smell, not freash. When taking shower, the glass Windows only half. It seem just broken. It looks old.but quite clean
