Room 501 was a good room with a nICE LOUNGE facing the road BUT MY SLEEP WAS disrupted as I was awakened every morning at 5am with bells and loud music from the exercise groups on the square opposite the hotel.
New windows with double glazing need to be installed on all these levels.
Also the new bath is not installed properly as shower water runs down the sides underneath and pools on the floor ...this is not safe and hygiene practice. The channels used to collect water need to be removed and the bath needs to be recessed and sealed with silicon against the tiles to prevent shower water soap hair etc and debris collecting under the bath

Đánh giá: We stayed here on our visit to University. Everything is generally OK though some of the hotel is dated the breakfast was excellent. The staff is outstanding. The location is pretty good, although there are not very many restaurants nearby although that street food at night is excellent.

Điểm trừ: the AC turns off when you take key card out. so when you come back the room is hot and takes a long time to cool off. need to give two key cards so one can stay in the room so AC and fridge stays on. we did see a roach in our room.
Đánh giá: Nice hotel in the heart of the city, however, it is clearly outdated. Decor is still 1990s style. Excellent breakfast buffet.
Đánh giá: When we arrived at the hotel the receptionist told us that our room was not available. Then transferred us to a sister hotel next door. That sister hotel was filled with mosquitoes and when we finally got our room, the room was extremely dirty. My feet were covered in dust after showering. The towels were rough like sand paper and the bed linens were cover with dirt.
We immediately went back to the original hotel to book two separate rooms. They up charged us cause of the holiday and made us book two separate rooms.
The original hotel is a lot cleaner but still has its faults. Towel linens dirty. Elevator is broken. They charge us for dirtying the linens. Make sure you check and report to front desk or they will charge you 50.000 dong. The ac unit blows air directly at the face. Hotel is awful. The breakfast Buffett is lacking.
You will get woken up at 430am with church bells ringing.
Đánh giá: The hotel is right in the center, close to many convenient points for tourists. Clean, we traveled as a group of 4 and were very comfortable, the room has a refrigerator and full amenities.

Đánh giá: They arranged a room (318) for me next to construction site. The contractors woke me up in the early morning with their hamer’work. It spoiled my vacation
