Positive points: Nice and quiet morning, bustling cafes and riverside park at night. The bed was comfortable and clean. The wifi was stable and fast, with a large TV available for use. The room, while small, was perfect for one adult.
Negative points: The floodlights was still a bit bright for sleep. The heated showers took a bit to heat up to temperature. The walls are a bit thin so loud noises will be heard from the next room, although this is fine as the property has a quiet hours policy at night. The other cons are very minor and did not affect my experiece much if at all.
Positive points: We stayed at the brand new sister property called La Residence which is located three blocks away. Same Managment for both properties. The hotel was clean and modern.

Positive points: We stayed during 1 night at Là Homestay and it was Amazing ! We did the floating market and Long Xuyen market to cook some Ban Xeo at home with the staff ! It was a very good and sharing experience ! The room was very clean and the bed so confortable !! We recommend a 100% Là Homestay if you want to experience local life ! Thank you so much for your hospitality !

Review: The hotel is very good clean, the room is spacious, bathroom well equipped. The staff was very nice and helpful, with good English. They organized for us a boat and market tour, and also the bus to Chau Doc. The district around is quiet, we could find some good local restaurants and coffees. We recommend!

Negative points: This is not what it seems. LA homestay is an agent and management services for a variety of places. What you see on booking.com is not what you'll get. We were moved to 3 different places after we discovered leaking air cons, exceptionally small places, in general far from what we were imagining from the pictures on booking.com
Review: Từ đầu đặt phòng thì cứ hối chuyển khoản. Nt hỏi thêm về vị trí di chuyển thì báo hời hợt. Check in thì phòng ốc bt nếu k muốn nói là dơ, tường cũ kỹ, phòng có muỗi nt báo thì bảo bên ngoài có chai sịt muỗi, phòng không cách âm, tối ồn như cái chợ, tiếp khách đoàn hay gì đoa bàn tiệc linh tinh um xùm, sàn dơ nước nôi. Sáng ra ăn sáng thì hỏi cũng kiểu hời hợt, đầy ng hỏi có ăn không để dọn bàn ra ngoài. Bất tiện thực sự nên phải đj luôn

Positive points: I had a wonderful time at La Homestay. The host was exceptionally kind and helpful! I chose to stay here because I had a long online work meeting one evening, and she accommodated so flexibly. She lals helped me arrange a visit to the floating market for a very honest price and on the day I left called and arranged a bus for me to get to my next destination. The bus was initially supposed to come pick me up at the hotel, but when this was no longer possible the host took me all the way to the bus station! The rooms are clean and modern with really good facilities, very comfortable and nice smelling. There's a really relaxing atmosphere throughout the day and it's very quiet at night. It's also in a beautiful neighborhood close to the river (and to where the floating market takes place). I highly recommend to anyone visiting Long Xuyen!
