Điểm cộng: We stayed at the brand new sister property called La Residence which is located three blocks away. Same Managment for both properties. The hotel was clean and modern.

We stayed during 1 night at Là Homestay and it was Amazing ! We did the floating market and Long Xuyen market to cook some Ban Xeo at home with the staff !
It was a very good and sharing experience !
The room was very clean and the bed so confortable !!
We recommend a 100% Là Homestay if you want to experience local life !

Điểm trừ: This is not what it seems. LA homestay is an agent and management services for a variety of places. What you see on booking.com is not what you'll get. We were moved to 3 different places after we discovered leaking air cons, exceptionally small places, in general far from what we were imagining from the pictures on booking.com
Đánh giá: Từ đầu đặt phòng thì cứ hối chuyển khoản. Nt hỏi thêm về vị trí di chuyển thì báo hời hợt. Check in thì phòng ốc bt nếu k muốn nói là dơ, tường cũ kỹ, phòng có muỗi nt báo thì bảo bên ngoài có chai sịt muỗi, phòng không cách âm, tối ồn như cái chợ, tiếp khách đoàn hay gì đoa bàn tiệc linh tinh um xùm, sàn dơ nước nôi. Sáng ra ăn sáng thì hỏi cũng kiểu hời hợt, đầy ng hỏi có ăn không để dọn bàn ra ngoài. Bất tiện thực sự nên phải đj luôn

Điểm cộng: I had a wonderful time at La Homestay. The host was exceptionally kind and helpful! I chose to stay here because I had a long online work meeting one evening, and she accommodated so flexibly. She lals helped me arrange a visit to the floating market for a very honest price and on the day I left called and arranged a bus for me to get to my next destination. The bus was initially supposed to come pick me up at the hotel, but when this was no longer possible the host took me all the way to the bus station! The rooms are clean and modern with really good facilities, very comfortable and nice smelling. There's a really relaxing atmosphere throughout the day and it's very quiet at night. It's also in a beautiful neighborhood close to the river (and to where the floating market takes place). I highly recommend to anyone visiting Long Xuyen!
Đánh giá: Khách sạn rất tốt, sạch sẽ, phòng rộng rãi, phòng tắm được trang bị đầy đủ. Nhân viên rất thân thiện và hữu ích, có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt. Họ đã tổ chức cho chúng tôi một chuyến đi bằng thuyền và tham quan chợ, cũng như xe buýt đến Châu Đốc. Khu vực xung quanh khá yên tĩnh, chúng tôi tìm thấy một số nhà hàng và quán cà phê địa phương tốt. Chúng tôi khuyên bạn nên đến đây!
Điểm cộng: The staff was friendly, and the room was comfortable with nice decor with giant TV…and everything works, fridge and all. Love the mirror light in bathroom.
Điểm trừ: First off I don’t know who’s fault this is: Booking.com or the owner of property but I booked a family room with 2 king size bed and larger in general with washer etc. but was giving a queen bed, much smaller room with barely an eating table. They claim that that room I book is taken, meanwhile I went back on booking and look and it still showing as available? That piss me off enough on top of that the owner said the downgraded room was the same price. So instead of lowering the price for switching room on me and downgrading the room, I still get charge the same. Also on here it said free buffet breakfast, not so much…all we are offered was either instant noodle or eggs. No thanks we went out to get our own food. And then on top of that I rented another room for my friend and it’s the same price as mine but was in much worser shape and no balcony. There was no toilet paper in there and the room looks old with cracks everywhere and their bathroom drain was backed up. Needless to say, they were not happy about their room. Sad I had to give this review because even though my room was downgraded it was still pretty nice and decent, my son loved it.
