Review: Great place to stay for unique experiences but food not really global standard

Positive points: Nice hotel . Only thing we regret is we can’t use infinity pool. Weather was cold. We were excited when we book this hotel knowing heated infinity pool however water was so cold . They will not heat the pool. Totally waste of money. Very rigid rules of not heating pool till midnight to certain temperature. Summer month ok however We visited Mid March and pool is not useful.

Review: Great hotel coated in golden colour. Staff are professional and always willing to help - no issues with English. Very pleasant for a short stay. Only issue we had is the temperature control for the shower - it's very unstable. In terms of location though, there isn't much around the hotel, and while it looks close to the mall - it's almost impossible to walk there because of the Hanoi traffic. You would need to taxi/Grab everywhere, which is still very cheap (~$3). Also note if you are traveling into the Older Quarter, plan around the rush hour. We tried 2 times, and even with that short distance, it took us 45min and 1hr respectively.

Positive points: The staff are absolutely amazing, the food was good and the hotel itself is definitely value for money. The rooms are extremely comfy, I would definitely recommend everyone staying here a night or 2 it’s amazing.
