Positive points: no breakfast. The room was big and so was bathroom. The garden behind the window is green. There was an iron desk, boiled water I had to take care of on my own though. Microwave and a sink in the kitchen are available.
Negative points: The creatures similar to lizards were running around the room. Quite a huge ones. My colleague who stayed there for 2 months in September and October 2024 said they were always there. I failed to close the window, it was cold in night.
Positive points: Location is convenient - city center, near markets and shops (but hidden in a green, peaceful alley).The entire house and each room are well-designed, spacious, clean and well-maintained
Negative points: The mosquitos from the garden

Review: Cô chủ rất dễ thương và thân thiện, hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình để khách hoàn tiền trên app, được gửi hành lý và nhận phòng sớm nếu có sẵn. Có thuê xe máy cho khách lưu trú, xe k phải rất tốt nhưng cô sẽ đổi khi có xe khác. Do số phòng k nhiều nên k có quầy tiếp tân mà có sdt liên hệ hỗ trợ trực tiếp. Homestay có sân vườn và cổng rất đẹp. Nếu bạn không cần tiêu chuẩn 5 sao thì đây là một điểm đáng lưu trú, giá hợp lý so với chất lượng. Nếu có dịp lần sau vẫn sẽ ở đây.
