Positive points: Good stop over after ha giang loop, and next to bus station.
Negative points: Was a very noisy hotel, the walls are like paper thin. You can hear people banging and crashing, hoking flem balls up, toilets flushing the lot.
Positive points: Great stay lovely staff, great location.
Negative points: Really enjoyed the stay.

Negative points: no hot water in the morning, wrong address on google maps and booking.com, no one at reception so I was waiting to check in for quite a while
Positive points: The room is not big, but adequate, clean, new. There is no elevator, the bed is really hard, but not disturbingly so. (Also, a hard bed is healthy, although some people want to sleep comfortably at night and be healthy only during the day.) A bedside lamp would be good, and warmer water too, because there are cool days around here. It is not a central accommodation, but everything you need is available from here. Opposite is a hostel with beer and pizza (I only tried the beer), several restaurants a few minutes away, with good local cuisine and good prices. Motorcycle tours are offered in many places, but we chose the comfortable car. We also got some pretty amazing offers, but if you don't insist on an English-speaking guide, you get one who has taken locals and is a professional, name is "Pam" and we didn't come to talk, but to watch. In the end, we agreed on a very good price: the organizing office (Ha Giang Tours) is 15 minutes away, I recommend looking for Miss Epi.
Positive points: Really nice and clean room, a perfect place to start/finish the Ha Giang Loop. It's great to stay somewhere to get rest when doing the loop!
Review: Hotel are ok but location is not that good. Not many restaurants or shop around. No reception available at all time

The restaurant was too hot when I entered at 06:00AM which the first time the restaurant started.
They are not prepared for the breakfast.
Review: On Friday 19th May we arrived at the hotel. No reception staff. Called the hotel number and was informed 2xrooms had been cancelled. We were left stranded without accommodation or assistance.

Negative points: when we arrived they didn’t room details were way of the description. rooms were small even though they stated to be 30 m2.

Review: Ks mới xây lại, phòng sạch sẽ rộng rãi đầy đủ tiện nghi. Giá phòng phải chăng so với các ks lớn khác. Ks Cách quảng trường TP khoảng hơn 3km
