Review: Really near the beach, nice room, cozy & clean

Positive points: This apartment is well-located, its proximity to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets is ideal. The room size was adequate as was the shower. The rooftop pool would have been nice if there were sunbeds instead of chairs.

Review: Pros: $75CAD total for a 3 night stay in an entire apartment with its own washing machine is excellent value. No complaints there. The wall map in the lobby is also hilariously inaccurate, definitely have a close look at it.

Cons: Staff was rarely at the front desk, or if they were then they avoided acknowledging us as we passed through on our way to/from our room. They are very responsive in Whatsapp though. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, despite a late check in, and the cleaning staff was left scrambling to get it ready for us. As a result, we were shown to our room before the cleaning staff was finished (there were dishes missing, things were out of place, the place just didn't feel clean, and they still had a load of laundry in the machine that we had to return to them). Also be prepared to wait at least an hour between each <2 min shower because there is no hot water.

Positive points: Spacious, with washing machine and the pool.

Review: I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the amenities were great. The location was also very convenient for exploring the area. However, I did notice that the cleanliness of the room could be improved. Overall, it was a great stay. My son especially enjoyed the fish pond, and the size of the suite was perfect for us with toddlers.

Review: We stayed here for 9 nights, it's on a very quiet street but near some great local places for food & drinks. About 250m to the beach with some additional beach bars. Markets around as well to pick up anything you need. What made our stay memorable was the staff, everything we asked for was accommodated from a microwave to more plates to cleaning the room. Highly recommend not only for the staff but value for money as well. Truly a great place. I also had lost an item and they worked tirelessly to help me find it and get it back. 5 stars all around

Positive points: Great value for money. Clean, well decorate rooms and well kitted out inside. The staff are wonderful. Trinh and Kim Chi on front desk couldn’t have been more helpful. Genuine smiles from all staff and nothing was too much bother. Roof top pool is great and the hotel is a stones throw from a fabulous beach. I intended to stay for 1 nights and ended up stayed for 5. I can highly recommend

Review: Sound proofing really need improvement and the ongoing construction next door could makes it worse if you have the wrong room. The studio rooms are more airy and well designed because they open up to the street. The standard twin rooms though offer more sleeping space, feel compacted and dark because the windows open inside the hotel.

Positive points: A beautiful hotel. Tastefully decorated
and the staff were very helpful. The room was just as described and the pictures were accurate. The Ladies at reception were exceptional. They really put the guests first. Would not hesitate to return and recommend.

I like the room, comfy firry couch, cozy room. All blue. Near the beach. Balcony, although with limited view, but very compatible with the price.
I didn't get the wifi TV to run so missed the Europa League final - I guess that's a generational issue...
It's just a nice place with coherent style and a roof top pool and a pretty interesting and deep fish pond in the lobby - exceptional for such a small hotel.

Positive points: Really nice receptionist, who was eager to help and always with a smile :)

The room is really comfortable and beautiful! Big plus is all the storage, a fan and an AC. The elevator to the different floors is also really much appreciated.

Right besides the hotel, you have a wonderful garden café. All in all, would recommend 😊

Positive points: Room is spacious and cute. The owner and staffs are super nice and helpful. They allowed us for earlier check-in at 12pm. Will definitely stay here again.

Review: The hotel is clean and fully equipped with amenities. It feels like walking into your own home with a washing machine, refrigerator, and kitchen. The staff is friendly and the room service is complete. There is a rooftop swimming pool. If I ever come back to Da Nang, I will definitely return to Derive. The owner is very friendly and understands the needs of guests. You should choose this place because the price is reasonable and it has all the necessary amenities.
