Positive points: The receptionist was very friendly to me, I was very impressed with the hotel and the staff. Everyone was enthusiastic, full facilities.

Booked through websites which seem to offer much better deals . Location quiet, close to beach.A short Grab ride away(5/10) mins to busy expat area ( more western food options).
Very happy with the place
Positive points: Before the New Year holiday stayed for 4 nights and it was nice quite and well worth the stay for lower rate. It got doubled right during and after which wasn’t that attractive anymore. But overall enjoyed our stay.
Negative points: Noise could penetrate thru the walls.

Review: I give it 3 points on facility for the fact that my room has a tiny window. But the hotel has rooftop swimming pool, gym, very clean and nice staffs. Price booked on Agoda was 200k vnd/night. What a steal!
Positive points: the place is immaculate clean well positioned. feel comfortable.
Negative points: the communication with front desk ladies (or rather one of them) was lacking with misinformation. they didn't even bother to inform new guests about the hotel facilities! let alone the Restaurant, what/when is open. the Pool on top floor, etc..

Positive points: What a gem ! Affordable, comfortable, clean, good wifi, great shower pressure and constant hot water, lovely staff. Bed extremely comfortable. Ocean a few steps away. This is the best experience I've had with accommodation in all of sth east Asia. All staff including housekeeping were wonderful. Super clean pool with breath taking view!!!! So impressed with this place.

Positive points: Great stay at Delicate Hotel - location is great, close to the beach and some great restaurants around. Manned parking so we could leave out motorbike overnight. Extended the stay with one night without issues. Staff was very helpful. The room was clean, spacious and was tidied up every day. Free bottled water, tea and coffee packets were provided.
Negative points: The hotel is not exactly at the beachfront - it's kind of on the side of the beach. We booked a "sea view" room - "sea view" in this case was a bit of a stretch as the direct view was that of a building site. You have to look at an angle through the window to see the beach. This will eventually be lost when the build the next tower hotel. Overall, not a massive problem, just heads up.
Review: High quality facilities and very good services from staffs. We are all satisfied with everything about the hotel. Just not close to local restaurants. One step to the beach though. Very happy.
Positive points: Chelsea and Jessi are my new friends. They are so sweet and help me with everything 🥰
