Review: mungkin kamar mandinya bisa di bersihkan lagi, karena dindingnya mulai berjamur. tapi overall bagus hotelnyaa
Positive points: Friendly staff. Internet connection speed. Neutral about the location.
Negative points: Rooms are not comfortable. You can hear people in other rooms talking. You can hear people walking in the aisle. You can hear cars and motorcycles on the streets. In addition, facilities are not good including swimming pool. Mini bar has no tea. Room was simple and it's size was relatively small.
Review: About 50m from Braga Walking Street. Easy access to cafes etc. Do take the 45-min Bandgros Guided Tour . Starting point is located at middle of Braga Street.
Positive points: Decent location in the heart of the city. Very good room size. They gave us two connected rooms.
Negative points: Looks really tired and worn out. Maybe it was once a posh hotel, but now desperately needs a makeover. The bathroom needs new tiles. The dining area is very poorly maintained for a 4 star hotel. The floor tiles are dirty, the chairs shockingly old.

Review: It is our 2nd time stayed in this hotel. We love the environment. Near to the Braga Street. There's a nice cafe in front of the hotel, Jabarano Coffee. Love to stay here again!
Positive points: Great location , nice indonesian breakfast , nice firm bed
Negative points: We ask the hotel if we can borrow the towel for a day since we are going to hot water springs…. They would not allow us , after arguing with the manager , finally they allowed us to borrow the towels.rnIt’s a common courtesy for the hotel to lend the guest - hope they will train their staffs to be more accommodating
Review: The room is spacious, clean and comfy.. location is the best👍🏼nBut I think they should add the elevator because it takes time for waiting for up and down

Negative points: I'm booking a smoking room... nnAnd get non smoking room... nnHotel must have more smoking room... not only have one level only... for smoking room
Review: It was rain and water leaking in the room. The hotel upgraded into a bigger room
Positive points: Love most anything about this hotel, love the variety of the food during breakfasr time, too. Ayam rendang is really nendang😁. Wanna extend it, yet it was fully booked. Next time will be back.😊
Negative points: More spacious will be better, I guess.
Review: super excited stayed in deBraga, because its locatated near museum, night street, best coffeshop (jabareno, filosofi kopi dll). you can get night life without walking too far. nhotel rooms are nice, i've book connecting door as a family room. bfast is okey with many varieties but not too special. valet parking should be improve with the nicest team.
Positive points: Very nice part of town near many restaurants and sights. Nice bed
Negative points: Loud music coming from across the street everynight till at least midnight.

Positive points: The stuff was friendly and the location was great. Also breakfast was tasty and the room was comfortable.
Negative points: We could smell cigarettes in the room and on the corridor, even though we did not smoke.
