Review: Tempat yang baik sekali yang mana grand mall berhadapan hotel
Positive points: The location next to paris von java mall. the breakfast variety/quality was far above similar hotels.
Negative points: When i got to the room, the drinks cooler did not work, even replacemnet does not work. The Sauna at hotel is under maintennace. The Wifi hardly works at 2 bars when it should be 5 bars. I complained to manager, they shifted me to a better room on higher floor, everything worked there.rnIf you plan to go, maybe send message to hotel asking them to check each of the above items at your room before you reach.

Review: Our recent stay at the property was fantastic. The location was ideal and great walkability to nearby shopping areas. The staff was friendly and attentive. Overall a wonderful experience for families with you children.

Negative points: this is my second visit. unfortunately I always come on weekends and most of the time there were an event. it is pathetic i cant use the pool on my 1st and second visit. i dont know how the management manage the event on weekend and high customer visit the same time which for me is worst! nyou should manage the vendor of the event to come after the morning swimming time or whatsoever so everyone could use your facilities.
Review: Friendly and helpful staffs, 2 of them give us umbrella walk during rain to PVJ Mall in the first night of our stay. Thank you so much for the hospitality. Breakfast was great, good food. Beautiful decorations and design throughout. Will return.
Positive points: Comfortable and relaxing. Good Indonesian design.
Negative points: Everything’s good but in my opinion it will be better to have digital tv. Netflix etc.
