Review: The room is poor, quite dirty, there was hair from the previous guest in the room, even on the bed. The shower was completely dirty. The room does not match the description on the website. The location is quite good, right in the center and convenient for getting around.
Positive points: No I don’t like
Negative points: It did not like in the pictures
Review: In general, I really like this model, but the cleaning in the room is really basic. What is unacceptable is that the water filter for drinking had strange organisms in it... what if I hadn't noticed? Perhaps the filter hasn't been changed for too long...
Positive points: Im sorry to say. But there was nothing which made me satisfy
Negative points: Im sorry to say, but the owner of Cozrum brand need to be really careful about the quality of the properties, especialy about cleanliness which was worse after feedback. n* Check in day:n1. Bed sheet, duvet cover, bed linens, etc..were dirty.n2. One earing from previoua guest still in the bathroom n3. Bathroom tissue core still hanging. n4. No hot water. n* All information has passed to the Online Concierge via Zalo and of course, staff was apologize for the inconvenient, and promised to clean the room on the next day for free ( as the fee for cleaning is 120k/time) But I paid 120k for the cleaning. I did complain because I did not satisfy but I did not want to have anything for free just because I complained. n* 2nd day, I came back after the cleaning: n1. All bed linens were changed, but funny was all of them even dirtier than before. There was even blood spot and more stains on the bed sheet. How great was that??? n2. The bathroom tissue core still there. n3. Previous guest's earing still there. nAND WHAT DID HK STAFF DO FOR THEIR JOB? nI was so tired and disapinted which I dis not want to say any other worlds. Just telling myself that the place and the name COZRUM HOMES will never appear in my list anymore.nnAs the requirement of my job, I travel at least once a.month in 11 years and this is the 1st time I wrote this long review. And I do not want any compensation or anything from the owner of the place. Jist want to express my disapointed for what I have been through.
Review: The room facilites and decoration are not matched with pictures. They are quite old and so-so. Anyway the room hygiene is average. The only thing is not worth 700K per night

Positive points: The room just look like all pictures showing on Booking.comnWe was a bit busy and I did not have time to picture but it was all nice to us.
Review: The floor was visibly dirty, and the bedsheets appeared unclean, making my stay uncomfortable. I expected a higher standard of hygiene, especially in a hospitality setting.
Negative points: không có nước nóng. phòng nào cũng ko có, cống thì bị nghẹt, phòng k có thùng rác và k có mùi thơm

Negative points: Ban đêm k có nước nóng để tắm, ghế bàn ăn bị gãy k ngồi được, máy lạnh chạy rất kém và k đủ lạnh, remote máy lạnh k hoạt động.
Review: This place should taken off the web as it is nothing like it says , it was dirty and not in a nice area of the city . Safe I am not sure as when we arrived no one was there to welcome us , upon arrival we could not get into the building for 30 min . We paid for 2 nights and stayed for 1 then left , hostels is a better choice than this crapy place
Negative points: Mùi cống xộc lên phòng rất thối. Labo và phingf tắm bố trí chật hẹp bất tiện
