Positive points: Small but comfortable. Staff was excellent. Even the night person, who was working knocked on my door to personally inform of waiting airport taxi at 5.15am!
Negative points: Not the best of location, nothing around the area and hidden at the end of the road. Smells at the corridors.

Positive points: Nice location, the room is clean. Staffs are friendly.
Negative points: Poor noise insulation. We couldn't sleep because the noise from hallway/elevator and from outside for the entire night.

Negative points: Lưu trú khách sạn 3 ngày mà vào không có khăn tắm, không có dép cho khách không những thế còn phải tắm nước lạnh vì không có nước nóng 😂 cũng cảm ơn vì khách sạn đã hoàn tiền 2 ngay cho mình để mình kiếm chổ khác ở.
Review: when I checked in, I reserved 2 rooms for 2 couples, but the hotel admin made mistake reserved only 1 room for me, I have to wait for another 2 hours to check in for my room. I arrived hotel at 1pm but I waited 3 hours to 4pm then I can check in my room.nThis has strongly adverse effect to my travel mood when I arrived this hotel.

Review: We chose the best room, and as we saw, entering the hotel, the reception was very cool and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was very clean, fragrant, with clean sheets and pillows, and strong water pressure. The only downside was that the air conditioning wasn't very cool it was cool but not cold 🥲 I like it to be cold, so compared to the hotel's air conditioning, I would give it an 8 out of 10. As for the hotel itself, everything was very okay, so I would give it a 10 out of 10 💯
