Review: This place was very close to bridge and right around the corner from the night market. Very convenient. I will book next time.
Negative points: Bed too hard
Review: The owner even made a groupchat thru whatsapp just to support us during our stay. They are very kind. Will definitely book again with them if I go back to Da Nang. The place is just outside the nightmarket, golden bridge.
Positive points: Friendly staff was helpful with my laundry with no extra charge. Location is close to many tourist attractions.

Very near son Tra Night Market and the dragon bridge.
You need to call owner before access given to you to open main door. Has kitchenette but some lights has cable dangerously exposed.
Positive points: The room was aesthetically pleasing. Staff was kind and responsive.
Negative points: The pillow was airy and ineffective. They should replace it with a better quality one. I wished they stocked extra trash bags and more dish soap (there was barely any). I also found hair in the drain strainer, so cleaning could be more thorough. Additionally, the water stopped working, which was unexpected. They fixed it promptly the following morning when I reported it, but it happened while I was washing my face. Luckily, I wasn't in the shower.
Review: Stayed for 1 night only. Night market was nearby.
Positive points: The location of the hotel is good. There‘s a beamer and a small billiard table in the room.
Negative points:
There is no reception, contact to staff relies solely on a messaging app. It is a self check-in hotel. We came in to a dirty / sandy floor and had to ask them if they could clean the floor.
Later we noticed that there were ants on our bedframe. We gave them our laundry and got it back wet and fuzzy. Would not recommend if you value cleanliness.

Review: There's no reception. The staff comes in at 8am. You have to pay for room cleaning. The bath towel is actually a big face towel which they don't change for you. The star is the room.
Positive points: Easy access to accommodation and staff were very helpful. Close to the dragon bridge and in a quiet street.
Negative points: For us, the bed was too firm. Also I had wanted to pay by credit card which was supposed to be accepted. But they said only cash or online friend. I didn't know what online friend was, so paid cash.

Positive points: Very cute room. The projector was also a nice touch. A large enough space to be comfortable and a good location to explore Da Nang. The bed was a very good size. The lady at the location and manager were very sweet
Negative points:
The bed was very firm!
Would have been good to have a kettle so we could boil water to drink. The shower pressure was pretty low too

Positive points: This guesthouse is near the Son Tra night market. My room overlooks the beautiful Han River. Clean room, good decor. The price is very reasonable.
Review: It was a nice spacious apartment, very close to the night market. However the bed was really hard and uncomfortable and it can get a bit loud with the night market just around the corner.
Positive points: Booked the room just to sleep overnight, but the service and decor surprised me and were worth the experience

Phòng rộng rãi, thoáng. Mình rất ưng điều hòa và tủ lạnh không bị cũ như những chỗ khác. Phòng có đầy đủ bếp, dụng cụ làm bếp rất tiện cho các bạn thích nấu nướng. Phòng có máy chiếu phim, bé nhà mình rất thích. Có 1 điều góp ý là Nhà nên chuẩn bị thêm móc treo quần áo cho KH và dọn kĩ hơn 1 chút dưới gầm ghế thui nha.

Positive points: The location of this place is very convenient for traveling, near Dragon Bridge and Han River. The surrounding area is quiet, especially the design of each room is very beautiful. The room is clean, the host is very enthusiastic to support me. Will come back next time.
